Traffic cameras have picked up what appears to be horses on the M4 in Gloucestershire on Monday morning, may 11 with police and traffic officers at the scene. A spokesperson for National Highways said: The M4 in Gloucestershire has closed both ways between J20 M5 Almondsbury and J19 StokeGifford due to animals on the carriageway. They added: "Drivers are currently facing delays of around 30 minutes in both directions approaching the closure. Please allow extra travel time."
