أبريل 2026 - 10:45 ليلى بنعلي تدعو بتركيا إلى نظام عالمي جديد أكثر عدلا وشفافية للمعادن الحيوية A A A A Reset متابعة شاركت ليلى بنعلي، وزيرة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة، في أشغال منتدى المعادن الحيوية لمنظمة التعاون والتنمية الاقتصادية، المنعقد بتركيا يومي 28 و29 أبريل 2026، والذي يترأسه المغرب بشراكة مع الجمهورية التركية، تحت شعار: “تحفيز الاستثمار والنمو من خلال الشراكات”. وخلال هذا المنتدى الدولي، أبرزت الوزيرة الدينامية الإصلاحية الطموحة التي باشرها المغرب في القطاع المعدني، مؤكدة انخراط المملكة الفاعل في النقاش العالمي حول المعادن الحيوية، باعتبارها بلدا متجذرا في العمق الإفريقي، ومرتبطا عضويا بالفضاء الأوروبي، ومنفتحا في الآن ذاته على مختلف الأسواق العالمية. وشددت بنعلي على أن القارة الإفريقية لم تعد مجرد فضاء لتصدير المواد الأولية، بل باتت تطمح إلى لعب دور الشريك الفاعل في الابتكار وصناعة القيمة المضافة، والانخراط في مسار الانتقال نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر. وفي هذا السياق، أشارت إلى الإطار الإفريقي المشترك المتعلق بالمعايير البيئية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والحكامة، الذي تم اعتماده من طرف وزراء التعدين الأفارقة خلال المؤتمر الدولي للتعدين المنعقد بمراكش، معتبرة إياه مرجعا قاريا أساسيا لتعزيز تنمية مستدامة ومسؤولة لقطاع المعادن. كما دعت الوزيرة إلى إرساء نظام عالمي جديد للمعادن الحيوية، يقوم على قدر أكبر من العدالة والشفافية والتوازن، ويستند إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي وتقليص القيود التجارية غير الضرورية، بما يسمح ببناء سلاسل توريد أكثر مرونة وقدرة على الصمود
