County District Attorney Nathan Hochman confirmed the investigation.“In the fall of 2025, LAPD and LASD each presented a separate sexual assault investigation for one victim to the LA County District Attorney’s Office,” the DA’s rep said in a statement to NBC News. “We are reviewing the case.”The allegations were made by publicist and record producer Jonathan Hay.
