Thousands of reports have been filed via downdetector, a site recording issues with online platforms, on Wednesday.Among the issues being experienced by customers of these banks are troubles accessing the apps, with one Lloyd customer writing on Downdetector: "Completely down! App won't work!" Others said they are unable to make payments. Another customer taking to X told Lloyds: "app is down, fix it." The bank's social media account replied saying: "Sorry to hear that you're experiencing app login issues. We are aware of this, so we are working on this."
