Lando Norris wins the Miami GP sprint race, Mercedes suffers first 2026 defeat

Norris finished 3.7 seconds ahead of his McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri, and Charles Leclerc rounds out the top three for Ferrari.After a battle between the two championship-contending Mercedes drivers early in the race, Kimi Antonelli ended up ahead of George Russell by some margin. Antonelli had started alongside Norris but made another poor start and dropped down behind the leaders off line.
