Kuwait airport subjected to several drone attacks, 'significant damage' to radar system

The Official Spokesperson for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Abdullah Al-Rajhi, told the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that Kuwait International Airport was hit by multiple drone attacks.

He confirmed that there has been no human casualties reported due to the incident.

He also added that the strikes caused significant damage to the airport’s radar system.

He affirmed that that emergency teams and relevant authorities immediately responded to the incident, including dealing with a fire that was reported on site.
