başından bu yana piyasalarda etkili olan iyimser hava, haftanın son işlem gününde yerini gerilimin yeniden tırmanabileceğine ilişkin endişelere bıraktı. Taraflardan nihai bir anlaşma sağlanabileceğine işaret eden açıklamalar takip edilirken, Hürmüz Boğazı çevresinde yeniden yükselen patlama sesleri, masadaki iyimser tabloyla sahadaki gelişmeler arasındaki çelişkiyi ortaya koydu. ABD ordusunun İran'ın Keşm Limanı ve Bender Abbas'a hava saldırıları düzenlediği bildirilirken, ordunun İran'a ait bir petrol tankerini hedef aldığı öne sürüldü. Sıcak gelişmelerde İran deniz kuvvetlerinin de Hürmüz Boğazı'nda 3 ABD savaş gemisine saldırı düzenlediği belirtildi. Söz konusu gelişmelerin enerji arzına yönelik endişeleri artırması Brent petrolün varil fiyatındaki iki günlük sert düşüşü sonlandırdı. Dün yüzde 0,8 artışla 101,3 dolara yükselen Brent petrolün varili, yeni günde ise yüzde 1,98 değer kaybıyla 99,4 dolarda bulunuyor. Orta Doğu'da tansiyonun yeniden yükselmesi ve artan enerji maliyetleri, küresel çapta ekonomik aktivitenin yavaşlayabileceğine yönelik korkuları körükledi. ABD’de iş gücü piyasasında ivmelenmeye işaret eden son verilerin ardından bugün açıklanacak tarım dışı istihdam verisi yatırımcıların odağına yerleşti. Tarım dışı istihdam verisinin ABD Merkez Bankasının (Fed) politikalarına ilişkin ipucu vermesi beklenirken, söz konusu verinin piyasaların yönü üzerinde de belirleyici olması öngörülüyor. Öte yandan ticaret cephesinde, ABD Başkanı Donald Trump, Avrupa Birliği'ne (AB) ticaret anlaşmasındaki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmesi için 4 Temmuz'a kadar süre tanıdığını, aksi takdirde AB'ye yönelik gümrük vergilerinin daha yüksek seviyelere artırılacağını bildirdi. Bu gelişmelerin yanı sıra ABD Merkez Bankası (Fed) yetkililerinin açıklamaları da yakından takip ediliyor. Cleveland Fed Başkanı Beth Hammack, para politikası karar metninde bir sonraki adımın faiz indirimi olma ihtimalinin daha yüksek olduğuna dair sinyal olduğuna işaret ederek, "Ekonominin mevcut durumuna ilişkin görüşüm göz önüne alındığında, bunun biraz yanıltıcı olduğunu düşündüm." ifadesini kullandı. Bir sonraki adımın faiz artışı mı yoksa indirimi mi olacağı konusunda tarafsız bir tutum sergilemesinin daha uygun olacağını söyleyen Hammack, faiz oranlarının bir süre daha sabit kalmasını beklediğini kaydetti. San Francisco Fed Başkanı Mary Daly ise "Bence ifade biçimi, Fed'in faiz belirleme komitesinin eylemlerinden daha az önemli. Toplantıya dair asıl sinyal, herkesin alınan karar üzerinde mutabık kalmış olmasıdır." değerlendirmesinde bulundu. Minneapolis Fed Başkanı Neel Kashkari, Orta Doğu'daki çatışmanın faiz oranlarına ilişkin görünümde belirsizliğe yol açtığını söyledi. Kashkari, Hürmüz Boğazı'nın uzun süre kapalı kalması durumunda faiz oranlarında atılacak bir sonraki adımın yukarı yönlü olması gerekebileceğini söyledi. Makroekonomik veri tarafında, ABD'de ilk kez işsizlik maaşı başvurusunda bulunanların sayısı 2 Mayıs ile biten haftada 200 bine çıkmasına rağmen beklentilerin altında gerçekleşti. ABD'de tarım dışı iş gücü verimliliği, bu yılın ilk çeyreğinde önceki çeyreğe kıyasla yüzde 0,8 arttı. Ülkede tüketicilerin kısa vadeli enflasyon beklentisi de nisanda yüzde 3,6 ile son bir yılın en yüksek seviyesine çıktı. Bu gelişmelerin ışığında ABD'nin 10 yıllık tahvil faizi dün yaklaşık 4 baz puan yükselişle yüzde 4,39'a çıkarken, yeni işlem gününde yatay seyrediyor. Tekrardan artan gerilimlerin zincirleme etkileri sonucu dün yüzde 0,2 artışla 98,2 seviyesine yükselen dolar endeksi, yeni günde bu seviyesini koruyor. Altının onsu ise yüzde 0,7 artışla 4 bin 720 dolarda alıcı buluyor. Söz konusu gelişmelerle S&P 500 endeksi yüzde 0,38, Nasdaq endeksi yüzde 0,13 ve Dow Jones endeksi de yüzde 0,63 düştü. ABD'de endeks vadeli kontratlar güne pozitif başladı. Orta Doğu'daki gerilimlerle enerji maliyetlerinin yüksek seyrini koruması ve Avrupa Merkez Bankasının (ECB) faiz artırımına gideceğine yönelik öngörülerin güç kazanması piyasalarda satıcılı seyirde etkili oldu. ECB Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Isabel Schnabel dün yaptığı açıklamada, ABD/İsrail-İran Savaşı sonrasında enflasyonun yükselme riskinin ve küresel borçların arttığı zorlu bir dönemde merkez bankası bağımsızlığının aşındığı konusunda uyardı. Schnabel, şirketlerin ve hanehalklarının küresel enerji fiyatlarındaki artışa endişe verici bir şekilde tepki verdiğini belirterek, bankanın önümüzdeki ay gibi erken bir tarihte faiz oranlarını artırabileceği beklentilerini güçlendirdi. Öte yandan Avrupa Birliği (AB) Komisyonu Başkanı Ursula von der Leyen, Trump ile yaptığı görüşmede Orta Doğu'daki gerilimi ve AB-ABD ticaret anlaşmasının uygulanmasını değerlendirdiklerini belirterek, gümrük tarifelerinin azaltılması yönünde önemli ilerleme kaydedildiğini bildirdi. Bu arada İngiltere'de devam eden seçim sürecinde oy verme işlemi sona erdi. Kesin olmayan sonuçlara göre, Reform UK Partisi sandalye kazanırken, İşçi Partisi (iktidar) kayıplar yaşadı. Bu durumun İngiltere Başbakanı Keir Starmer'ın liderliğini sorgulanır hale getirebileceği değerlendirilirken, siyasi belirsizliklerle tahvil piyasasında satış baskısının artabileceği endişeleri öne çıkıyor. Bu gelişmelerle, İngiltere'de FTSE 100 endeksi yüzde 1,55, Almanya'da DAX 40 endeksi yüzde 1,02, Fransa'da CAC 40 endeksi yüzde 1,17 ve İtalya'da FTSE MIB 30 endeksi yüzde 0,82 düştü. Avrupa'da endeks vadeli kontratlar güne negatif başladı. Asya borsalarında ABD-İran gerilimiyle negatif bir seyir hakimken, petrol fiyatlarının yüksek kalması bölgede enflasyon risklerinin sürmesine neden oluyor. Bölge piyasalarında hafta başından bu yana güç kazanan risk iştahı, Orta Doğu’da jeopolitik tansiyonun yeniden yükselmesiyle yerini temkinli ve negatif bir görünüme bıraktı. Bölgede bugün açıklanan verilere göre Japonya'da nisan ayında hizmet sektörü Satınalma Yöneticileri Endeksi (PMI) 51, bileşik PMI 52,2 oldu. Söz konusu göstergeler önceki aya göre sınırlı şekilde azaldı. Söz konusu gelişmelerle kapanışa yakın Japonya'da Nikkei 225 endeksi yüzde 0,6, Güney Kore'de Kospi endeksi yüzde 0,6, Hong Kong'da Hang Seng endeksi yüzde 1,2 ve Çin'de Şanghay bileşik endeksi yüzde 0,4 düştü. Dün alış ağırlıklı bir seyir izleyen Borsa İstanbul'da BIST 100 endeksi, günü yüzde 0,82 değer kazanarak 15.040,25 puanla rekor seviyeden tamamladı. Borsa İstanbul Vadeli İşlem ve Opsiyon Piyasası'nda (VİOP) BIST 30 endeksine dayalı haziran vadeli kontrat ise dün akşam seansında normal seans kapanışına göre yüzde 0,77 geriledi. Dolar/TL dünü 45,2940'tan tamamlarken, bugün bankalararası piyasanın açılışında önceki kapanışın yüzde 0,2 üzerinde 45,3620'den işlem görüyor. Öte yandan dün AA Katılım Finans Zirvesi özel oturumunda konuşan Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası (TCMB) Başkanı Fatih Karahan, "Temel önceliğimiz fiyat istikrarını sağlamak. Savaş dezenflasyon sürecini etkilese de kararlılığımızı değiştirmiyor." dedi. Karahan, sıkı para politikasıyla, son dönemde enflasyonda gözlenen bozulmanın orta vadeli görünümü bozmasına izin vermeyeceklerini vurguladı. Analistler, bugün yurt içinde sanayi üretimi ve hazine nakit dengesinin, yurt dışında ise ABD'de istihdam verilerinin yanı sıra Almanya'da ticaret dengesi ve sanayi üretimi, ABD'de Michigan Üniversitesi tüketici güven endeksi ve toptan eşya stoklarının takip edileceğini belirterek, teknik açıdan BIST 100 endeksinde 15.100 ve 15.200 puanın direnç, 14.900 ve 14.800 seviyelerinin destek konumunda olduğunu kaydetti.
