gerilimlerin dolaylı etkileri dünya genelinde ekonomileri zorlamaya devam ediyor. ABD ile İran arasında beklenen uzlaşının sağlanamaması ve tarafların söz konusu anlaşmazlıkları ekonomik yaptırım boyutuna taşıması varlık fiyatlarının yönü üzerinde etkili oluyor. ABD Hazine Bakanı Scott Bessent, İran'a karşı "ekonomik dışlama" operasyonu başlatıldığını açıklarken, İran'ı destekleyen ülkeler için de ikincil yaptırım riskine işaret ederek hiçbir ülkenin ABD yaptırımlarının kapsamı dışında olmayacağını vurguladı. Bessent, yaptırımların zamanlamasına yönelik net bir tarih vermedi. Tahran yönetimi ise "yaptırımlara tamamen hazırız" mesajı verdi. İki ülke arasındaki gerilimlerin diğer ekonomilere yönelik genişleme riski ile İran'ın ABD yaptırımlarına misilleme olarak enerji arzını tehdit edebilecek girişimlerde bulunabileceği ihtimalleri piyasalarda risk algısının sürmesine neden oluyor. Enerji maliyetlerinin yüksek seyretmesi, enflasyona ilişkin endişeleri canlı tutarak tahvil piyasaları üzerindeki baskının devam etmesine neden oluyor. Dün ABD'nin 10 yıllık tahvil faizi 4 baz puan düşüşle yüzde 4,70 seviyesine gerilerken, yeni işlem gününde yüzde 4,72'ye yükseldi. ABD'nin 30 yıllık tahvil faizi de yüzde 5,24 seviyelerinde. ABD basınında yer alan bir haberde, Hazine Bakanlığının geçen hafta duyurduğu uzun vadeli tahvil geri alım operasyonlarını iki katına çıkarma planını finanse etmek için yaklaşık 1 trilyon dolar tutarındaki genel hesabını kullanabileceği aktarıldı. Analistler, ABD Hazine Bakanlığının genişletilmiş tahvil geri alımlarının piyasalarda "mali baskı" olarak nitelendirilebileceğini belirterek, bu adımların doları zayıflatarak enflasyonu körükleyebileceğine bilertti. ABD'nin İran'a yönelik yaptırımları ve diğer ülkeleri dolara dayalı finansal sistemden koparma tehdidi, dolara olan talebi güçlendirdi. Dolar endeksi yüzde 0,1 artışla 99,1 seviyesinde bulunurken, doların değer kazanmasıyla altının ons fiyatı yüzde 0,5 azalışla 4 bin 630 dolara geriledi. Ekim vadeli Brent petrolün varil fiyatı ise arz endişelerinin sürmesiyle yüzde 0,2 artışla 92,4 dolarda seyrediyor. Öte yandan ticaret cephesinde, birçok Kanada ürününe yüzde 50 oranında gümrük vergisinin yürürlüğe girmesinden önce yapılan ABD ile Kanada arasındaki müzakereler sonuçsuz kaldı. Kanada Başbakanı Mark Carney, cumartesi günü düzenlediği basın toplantısında, ABD'nin "çok fazla şey isteyip çok az şey sunduğunu" belirterek, "Kanada şimdi işçileri, çiftçileri, aileleri ve işletmeleri korumak amacıyla Washington'ın yeni tarifelerine bire bir karşılık verecek. Yanıtımız çelik, süt ürünleri, beyaz eşya, tarım ekipmanları, kağıt ve elektronik gibi sektörlerde yoğunlaşacak." demişti. ABD Başkanı Donald Trump, dün sosyal medya hesabından yaptığı duyuruda, 1 Ocak 2027'den itibaren Kanada'dan ithal edilen otomobiller, kamyonlar, otomotiv parçaları ve çelik üzerindeki gümrük vergilerinin yüzde 50'ye çıkarılacağını bildirdi. Para politikası tarafında ABD Merkez Bankası (Fed) Başkanı Kevin Warsh'un Jackson Hole'da yapacağı konuşması ile ABD'li çip devi Nvidia'nın yarın açıklayacağı finansal sonuçlar yatırımcıların odağındaki yerini muhafaza ediyor. Analistler genel olarak şirketin çeyreklik gelirlerinin neredeyse iki katına çıkarak 92 milyar dolar civarına ulaşmasını, yıllık kazanç beklentisinin ise 103 milyar ila 105 milyar dolar aralığında olmasının beklendiğini ifade etti. Nvidia'nın finansal sonuçlarının, şirketin büyümesini destekleyen döngüsel anlaşmalara ilişkin endişelerin bulunup bulunmadığına ve mevcut büyüme oranının gelecek çeyreklerde sürdürülebilirliğine ışık tutması bekleniyor. Almanya'da bugün açıklanacak büyüme verileri yatırımcıların odağında yer alırken, ticaret politikalarında ABD ile Kanada arasındaki gümrük vergisi geriliminin tedarik zincirlerini bozma riski yakından takip ediliyor. Jeopolitik eksende ise Avrupa Birliği (AB) Konseyi Başkanı Antonio Costa, Rusya'nın Ukrayna'da 4 yıldır sürdürdüğü savaşta "hedeflerine ulaşamadığını" öne sürerek "Rusya katliamı sona erdirip barışa yönelik samimi taahhüt gösterene kadar baskıyı artıracağız." dedi. Bu gelişmelerle, İngiltere'de FTSE 100 endeksi yüzde 0,35 yükselirken Fransa'da CAC 40 endeksi yüzde 0,37, İtalya'da FTSE MIB 30 endeksi yüzde 0,24 ve Almanya'da DAX 40 endeksi yüzde 0,11 düştü. Avrupa'da endeks vadeli kontratlar güne karışık seyirle başladı. Asya tarafında karışık bir seyir izlenirken, ABD'nin İran'a yönelik yaptırımları fiyatlamaları olumsuz etkilerken yarın açıklanacak Nvidia bilançosu öncesi yatırımcılar temkinli kalmayı seçiyor. Bölgede bugün açıklanan verilere göre Japonya'da, haziran ayında öncü endeks 116,5 olarak açıklandı. Öte yandan dolar/yen paritesi yüzde 0,1 yükselişle 159,3 yen seviyesinde işlem görüyor. Söz konusu gelişmelerle kapanışa yakın Japonya'da Nikkei 225 endeksi yüzde 0,3 ve Çin'de Şanghay bileşik endeksi yüzde 0,1 yükselirken Güney Kore'de Kospi endeksi yüzde 0,4 ve Hong Kong'da Hang Seng endeksi yüzde 0,2 düştü. Dün satış ağırlıklı bir seyir izleyen Borsa İstanbul'da BIST 100 endeksi, günü yüzde 0,09 değer kaybederek 14.501,49 puandan tamamladı. Borsa İstanbul Vadeli İşlem ve Opsiyon Piyasası'nda (VİOP) BIST 30 endeksine dayalı ağustos vadeli kontrat ise dün akşam seansında normal seans kapanışına göre yatay seyretti. Dolar/TL dünü 48,0730'dan tamamlarken, bugün bankalararası piyasanın açılışında önceki kapanışın yüzde 0,1 üzerinde 48,0960'tan işlem görüyor.
