الاقتصادية ، وفي سياق الجهود الرامية إلى تنزيل البرنامج الوطني “مدن بدون صفيح”، أكد السيد كريم الكلايبي، نائب رئيس مجلس مقاطعة عين السبع وعضو مجلس مدينة الدار البيضاء، أن انطلاق عملية تنقيل قاطني دوار “سيدي عبد الله بلحاج” ستكون بعد عيد الأضحى لتمثل لحظة تاريخية في مسار التأهيل الحضري للمنطقة، وانتصارا حقيقيا لرهان صون كرامة المواطن. وأوضح الكلايبي في تصريح له، أن هذا المشروع لا يشكل مجرد عملية إعادة إسكان تقنية، بل هو ترجمة فعلية للتوجيهات الملكية السامية التي تضع المواطن في قلب التنمية، مشددا على أن إنهاء معاناة قاطني هذا الدوار التاريخي ودمجهم في أحياء سكنية مهيكلة تتوفر على شروط العيش الكريم. وبهذه المناسبة، أعرب السيد الكلايبي عن بالغ شكره وتقديره للسلطات المحلية، وعلى رأسها السيد والي جهة الدار البيضاء-سطات والسيد عامل عمالة مقاطعات عين السبع-الحي المحمدي، وكافة القيادات المحلية وأعوان السلطة، على مجهوداتهم الميدانية الجبارة وتواصلهم الدائم مع الساكنة. وأشاد بالاحترافية العالية والمقاربة التشاركية التي نهجتها السلطات، مما سيضمن سير العملية في أجواء من المسؤولية، والحرص المشترك على معالجة كافة الملفات بإنصاف وشفافية. واختتم الكلايبي تصريحه بتجديد الالتزام بمواصلة التنسيق الوثيق بين المجلس الجماعي والسلطات المحلية لطي ملف دور الصفيح نهائيا، مؤكدا أن طموح “عين السبع
