Mr Starmer has insisted he did not know, and said it was "outrageous" the Foreign Office did not inform him.On Thursday the department's chief, Sir Olly Robbins, was dramatically sacked after the latest revelation. But the former mandarin's allies insist he did nothing wrong and accuse Mr Starmer of acting unfairly.The Prime Minister is expected to address the House of Commons at around 3.30pm. He told The Mirror he will be "crystal clear" as he protested his innocence.
