JPMorgan 'sex slave' banker claims drunk, naked boss tried to recruit his friend for a threesome in bombshell new federal lawsuit

Published: 22:13, 27 July 2026 | Updated: 22:15, 27 July 2026 The banker at the center of the viral JPMorgan 'sex slave' lawsuit claims his former boss once demanded he take part in a threesome with one of his friends - who later heard him begging her to 'please stop,' according to a new court filing.  The bombshell allegations are contained in Chirayu Rana's sweeping new federal lawsuit against former supervisor, Lorna Hajdini and ex-employer JPMorgan, that dramatically expands the sensational allegations in the case that first made headlines in April.  The complaint describes a 2024 encounter during which a drunk Hajdini, 37, allegedly emerged naked from a Manhattan apartment, lit a cigarette, and told Rana's friend: 'I own Chirayu, so you'd better come join.'  The unidentified male friend 'repeatedly' refused her advances before hearing Rana plead behind a closed door: 'No, no, this isn't right,' and telling her to leave, the filing states.   The witness has since provided a sworn statement describing the encounter, according to the lawsuit – which now also includes more detailed accounts and corroborating evidence such as text messages, emails, and images, reasserting Rana's claims.  Rana in his complaint says Hajdini would allegedly give him 'performance enhancing' substances when he couldn't perform sexually – without his consent.  He alleges Hajdini once 'spiked his drink' without him knowing and told him he had just drunk 'a little something.' Both JPMorgan and Hajdini strongly refute the claims: she has filed her own defamation countersuit in the New York state court. Chirayu Rana, the former JPMorgan Banker who claimed executive director Lorna Hajdini (right) turned him into her 'sex slave', has filed a new lawsuit accusing his ex-boss of trying to recruit his friend for a threesome with him. She strongly refutes this claim A lawyer for Hajdini told the Daily Mail in a statement on Monday: 'No matter how many lawyers Mr Rana goes through and no matter how many times he shifts his story, his allegations against Lorna are categorically false. 'Lorna has never had any sexual or romantic relationship of any kind with this man. 'The shift in his allegations speaks volumes about the falsity of his claims against Lorna.'  Rana first filed his civil suit at the New York state court in April with the help of his then lawyer Daniel Kaiser, who has previously represented victims of the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The case was first reported exclusively by the Daily Mail. Suing as 'John Doe,' Rana claimed that Hajdini, an executive director, harassed and sexually assaulted him while they were working together at JPMorgan's leveraged finance division from early 2024 to mid 2025. The filing also included claims of racial abuse and coercion. Both Hajdini and JPMorgan denied his allegations.  Earlier this month, a judge ruled that Rana, who has since switched lawyers, could dismiss his state court case and refile in the federal court, using his name.   The July 27 filing is part of Rana's new federal complaint which expands on his original lawsuit and include new claims and alleged evidence that Hajdini also 'openly sexualized' another member of the Leveraged Finance team in a racy text (pictured)  It also contains what he claims is text message evidence of the alleged racism that Rana, who is Nepalese, suffered at JPMorgan, where he says he was referred to as 'Brown Boy' by senior colleagues His new complaint, filed in a federal court in New York Monday, includes 21 allegations against JPMorgan and Hajdini including sexual assault and battery, defamation, gender and racial discrimination and retaliation. Rana claims Hajdini 'groomed, isolated and coerced' him after becoming his director supervisor in 2024 in the Leveraged Finance division, where he was a vice president. In May 2024, she warned him that 'I f***ing own you,' and groped him at a private members' club: at the time Rana was in a relationship with another woman and was considering proposing, he alleges in the complaint.  He said he felt he 'could not walk away' because Hajdini exercised 'significant influence' over his work assignments. The alleged coercion culminated in 'repeated acts of sexual assault' from the summer of 2024 onwards, the lawsuit states. 'On multiple occasions, she overrode Mr Rana's repeated refusals, using the supervisory authority, threats, and leverage she had amassed over him to force sexual contact to which he never consented,' the filing claims.  'Hajdini even drugged him. During these encounters, when Mr Rana was unable to sexually perform, Hajdini covertly spiked his drink with a performance-enhancing substance without his knowledge or consent, a fact she later admitted to him, telling him that she had given him 'a little something' to help his performance.'  The filing claims the alleged attempt at a threesome happened in late September 2024 at an apartment of one of Rana's family members in Manhattan, where he frequently stayed.  A screenshot from a group chat appears to show a colleague sending a photo of a Nepalese barbershop before suggesting it would accept Rana's 'rupees'  The lawsuit states that the witness, who was staying at the home, was woken up in the middle of the night after Hajdini arrived with Rana. 'Hajdini was visibly intoxicated and speaking so loudly that she awakened the witness,' the filing says.  'Mr Rana repeatedly implored Hajdini to be quiet, but Hajdini loudly refused, insisting that she would not. As they entered the apartment, Mr Rana explained that Hajdini was his supervisor at JPMorgan. 'Minutes later, Hajdini emerged completely naked, sat on the living room couch, lit a cigarette, and repeatedly demanded that the witness 'come join us.' After the male witness refused her advances, Hajdini then went back into the bedroom and through the closed door the witness heard Rana saying: 'No, no, this isn't right,' 'You have to leave,' 'I'm not going to do this' and 'Please stop.' After Hajdini finally left the apartment, Rana emerged looking 'visibly shaking and in a state of shock,' the witness said according to the complaint.  The filing claims 'Mr Rana immediately disclosed that Hajdini had been sexually harassing him and repeatedly forcing him into sexual acts.'  Among the other new claims Hajdini 'openly sexualized' another member of the leveraged finance team with a racy text. Hajdini has denied all claims and accuses Rana of inventing his lurid allegations to destroy her career  JPMorgan Chase in New York strongly denies all the claims against it. Rana alleged a culture within his team that was driven by racism and antipathy towards Asians She allegedly texted a work group chat, mocking the man's 'thirstrap [sic] mirror selfie flexing his abs'. 'The message was flagrantly inappropriate. A supervisor was commenting on a colleague's body and private sexual life, in writing, in JPMorgan's own systems, to an audience of coworkers,' the filing states.  The lawsuit also recounts in shocking detail the alleged racism that Rana, who is Nepalese, suffered at JPMorgan. Rana claimed he was referred to as 'Brown Boy' by Hajdini and other senior colleagues. Hajdini allegedly said that at JPMorgan 'want[s] to keep it white and Christian' and favored people 'who look like Jamie Dimon,' referring to the bank's chief executive, according to the complaint.  In a 'culture of bigotry,' Asian employees were referred to as 'Mr Chow' and 'Mr Miyagi,' an apparent reference to the character from the Karate Kid movies. After Rana filed a discrimination complaint, he claimed that he got anonymous texts calling him a 'snitch.' In June 2025, he claims in his filing, Rana got a voicemail from an anonymous person telling him to 'watch (his) back'.  Another text allegedly said: 'Hi brown boyyyy….We miss you! 'You f****** brown piece of s***. Good luck trying to find another job a******. Go back brownie, burn down just like Nepal is. You're not going to win.' The message continued: 'RUN BEFORE WE CALL ICE ON YOUR FAMILY.' Rana eventually left JPMorgan later in 2025. In a statement, JPMorgan said: 'As we have stated from the beginning, following our (internal) investigation, we don't believe there's any merit to these claims. 'While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations. The new venue doesn't change this'.
