"My voice has gone," Kane laughed. "It was a crazy game, we had to fight. We had to find something.
"I've just been singing there, I can't really talk.
"Everything was against us, we found a way. I'm speechless, I can't even talk," he told ITV.
Bellingham urged England fans to take the day off work and continue their celebrations after inspiring the Three Lions through.
Asked what message he had for fans back home, Bellingham said: "Have another shot and text your bosses to say you're not coming in tomorrow. That's about it.
"My god, if you can't enjoy a night like this, just for one night, then I don't know what it's worth."
The 23-year-old also admitted he could only imagine the scenes unfolding across England as supporters celebrated deep into Monday morning.
"I can imagine it's carnage," he said.
"No matter where you're from or what you do I can imagine everyone is together.
"That is the thing I dream of, being a part of this England squad, bringing my country together, giving them nights like this that they will enjoy for many years to come.
"I am so proud of this team. What we have done tonight is spectacular."
