Jim Furyk to captain the United States' Ryder Cup side for second time in 2027

Jim Furyk will captain the U.S. Ryder Cup team in 2027 as the Americans attempt to win their first cup on foreign soil in 34 years.The 2027 Ryder Cup will be hosted from Sept. 13-19 at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland, with Luke Donald returning for his third consecutive captaincy on the European side.It is Furyk’s second stint as captain, after presiding over the 2018 loss in Paris.Advertisement
