traktörlerin fenni muayenesi için mobil sunulması amacıyla 2025 yılında çalışma başlatıldı. Bu kapsamda hayata geçirilen "Reflektör Tak, Görünür Ol" projesiyle çiftçilere kolaylık ve kazanç sağlamak, olası kazaların önüne geçmek, trafik yoğunluğunu azaltmak amacıyla geçen yıl Bismil ve Sur ilçeleri kırsalında iki ayrı noktaya mobil araç muayene istasyonu kuruldu. Geçen yıl yaklaşık 400 traktörün muayenesinin yapıldığı bu hizmetin bu yıl da sunulması için gelen talep üzerine Sur'a bağlı kırsal Bostanpınar Mahallesi'ne mobil araç muayene istasyonunun kurulumu yapıldı. Yöredeki çiftçilerin renk renk traktörleriyle konvoy halinde muayene için istasyona gelişi güzel görüntü oluşturdu. İstasyona getirilen traktörlerin TÜVTÜRK ekiplerince muayenesi yapılırken, jandarma ekipleri de kurdukları stantlarda çiftçilere trafik güvenliği konusunda bilgilendirme yaptı. Ayrıca, traktörlerin trafikte görünürlüğünün artırılması amacıyla Sur İlçe Jandarma Komutanlığı ekiplerince 100 traktöre reflektör, 20 traktöre ise sarı flaşörlü ikaz lambası takıldı. Günübirlik sunulan hizmette yaklaşık 220 traktörün fenni muayenesi tamamlandı. Talep doğrultusunda mobil fenni muayene hizmetinin sürdürülmesi planlanıyor. Bu hizmetten faydalanan Bostanpınar Mahallesi muhtarı Mehmet Ocak, AA muhabirine, jandarmanın katkılarıyla kırsalda kurulan gezici muayene istasyonunun çiftçilere büyük avantaj sağladığını belirterek, uygulamadan memnun olduklarını söyledi. Ocak, uygulamanın her yıl düzenli olarak sürmesini istediklerini ifade ederek, "Kent merkezine gittiğimizde traktörün hızı bellidir, bayağı aksiliklerle uğraşıyoruz. 100 traktör kent merkezine gitse bir ya da ikisi kaza yapabilirdi. Bu güzel bir hizmet oldu. Zamandan kazandırdı, trafik kazalarından korudu. Zamandan, mazottan avantaj sağladı." dedi. Kırsal Sarıkamış Mahallesi'nden traktörünü muayene için getiren çiftçi Abdulmenaf Karakaş ise mobil hizmetten duyduğu memnuniyeti dile getirerek, emeği geçenlere teşekkür etti. Karakaş, çiftçilerin hiçbir riske girmeden güvenli şekilde traktörlerini muayene ettirdiğini anlatarak, "Şehir merkezine traktörle gidip gelmek yerine buraya gelmek daha iyi. Çok memnunuz. Bütün vatandaşlarımız buraya daha güvenli şekilde geldi. Bu hizmetin devam etmesini istiyoruz. Hem kolaylık hem kazanç sağlıyor." ifadelerini kullandı.
