But according to Queen Camila's son, the King is a passionate advocate for recycling who "appalls waste".‌Food critic and author Tom Parker Bowles revealed that his stepfather Charles refuses to let anything be discarded after mealtimes, insisting that leftovers can be transformed into other dishes with all packaging properly recycled.‌Tom, 49, said: "There is no waste, everything is recycled, everything is used from the table.
