rüzgarın, kuzey ve kuzeydoğudan 6 ila 8 kuvvetinde (50-75 km/saat) fırtına şeklinde eseceğinin tahmin edildiği belirtildi. Fırtınanın aynı gün sabah saatlerinde etkisini kaybetmesinin beklendiği aktarılan açıklamada, ulaşımda aksamalar gibi olumsuzluklara karşı dikkatli ve tedbirli olunması istendi.
