tebligatlar yaptığını, bu uygulamaların ise yıkım kararlarının fiilen hayata geçirilmesi anlamına geldiğini ifade etti. Kudüs'te Mescid-i Aksa'nın da yer aldığı Eski Şehir'deki St. Yves Vakfı tarafından yapılan açıklamada ise avukat ekibinin sunduğu itirazın ardından İsrail Yüksek Mahkemesi’nin, Doğu Kudüs’ün Ayzeriyye beldesinde yıkım tehdidi altındaki yaklaşık 50 ticari yapının yıkımını geçici olarak durdurduğu ve kararı askıya aldığı bildirildi. El-Muştal bölgesinde ticari bir işletmenin sahibi olan Filistinli iş insanı Muhammed Ebu Galiye, AA muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, "İsrail, bölgede ticari işletmelere yönelik sistematik bir tahliye ve yıkım süreci yürütüyor." dedi. Ebu Galiye, "İsrailli yetkililer herhangi açık ve şeffaf bir hukuki süreç işletmeden, her gün bize tahliye tehditleri ve sözlü uyarılar gönderiyor." ifadesini kullandı. Bölgedeki iş yerlerinin uzun yıllardır faaliyet gösterdiğini ve hukuki başvuruların sürdüğünü ifade eden Ebu Galiye, bazı mahkeme kararlarına rağmen baskıların devam ettiğini söyledi. İş yerlerine yönelik baskıların arttığını belirten Ebu Galiye, İsrail güçlerinin zaman zaman bölgeye baskın düzenleyerek işletmelerde korku ve tedirginlik yarattığını da ifade etti. Ebu Galiye, "İş yerlerimiz yaklaşık 20 yıldır faaliyet gösteriyor. Tüm resmi belgelerimizi ve mülkiyet evraklarımızı sunmamıza rağmen bu uygulamalar devam ediyor." diye konuştu. Bölgedeki ticari alanların çok sayıda ailenin tek geçim kaynağı olduğunu vurgulayan Filistinli iş insanı Galiye, olası yıkımların yüzlerce kişinin ekonomik olarak zor durumda kalmasına yol açacağını belirtti. Filistinli yetkililer ve insan hakları kuruluşları ise söz konusu yıkım kararlarının, işgal altındaki Doğu Kudüs’te Filistin varlığını sınırlamaya yönelik daha geniş kapsamlı yerleşim planlarının bir parçası olduğuna dikkat çekiyor.
