son veren İsrail ekonomisinde 2026’nın ilk çeyreğinde görülen keskin daralmanın, mart ve nisan aylarında İran'a karşı yürütülen savaştan kaynaklandığı bildirildi. İsrail ekonomisi, 2025 yılının son çeyreğinde yüzde 2,9'luk bir büyüme kaydetmişti. Özel tüketim harcamalarının 2026'nın ilk çeyreğinde yıllık bazda yüzde 4,7 oranında düştüğü belirtilen raporda, buna karşın askeri harcamaların yıllık bazda yüzde 9 arttığı vurgulandı. Raporda, 2026'nın ilk çeyreğinde Gayri Safi Yurtiçi Hasıla'nın (GSYİH) geçen yılın son çeyreğine kıyasla yıllık bazda yüzde 4,5'lik bir düşüş gösterdiği aktarıldı. Ayrıca geçen yılın son çeyreğinde yüzde 5,4'lük artış gösteren ticari üretimin 2026'nın ilk çeyreğinde yıllık bazda yüzde 3,1 düşüş gösterdiği vurgulandı. İsrail'de yayımlanan ekonomi gazetesi "Globes"un haberinde ise bu yılın ilk çeyreğindeki yüzde 3,3'lük küçülmenin tahminlerle örtüştüğü ve 2025'in ikinci yarısında görülen ekonomik toparlanma trendini hızla tersine çevirdiği vurgulandı. İsrail Merkez Bankası tahminlerine göre, Ekim 2023'ten bu yana İsrail'in saldırılarının maliyeti 350 milyar şekel (yaklaşık 120 milyar dolar) oldu. Maliye Bakanlığı’na göre, İran'a yapılan son saldırıların askeri ve sivil maliyeti 35 milyar şekel (yaklaşık 12 milyar dolar).
