paylaşımda, Ukrayna Dışişleri Bakanı Sybiha'nın geminin yakalanması talebine, hâlâ "Tweet atarak takip ediyorsunuz" diyerek tepki gösterdi. Ukrayna yönetiminin "Rusya'nın Ukrayna'dan çaldığı" iddia edilen tahıl yüklü geminin yakalanmasına yönelik talebini "tweet atmadan önce sunmasını beklediklerini" belirten Saar, ancak Kiev'in farklı bir yol seçtiğini savundu. Saar, Ukrayna'nın talebinin dün gece geç saatlerde sunulduğunu öne sürerek, "Şimdi de bir tweet daha atarak bunu takip ediyorsunuz." diye tepki gösterdi. Saar, "Talep şu anda ilgili makamlar tarafından inceleniyor." ifadesini kullandı. Ukrayna Dışişleri Bakanı Sybiha 27 Nisan'da sosyal medya hesabından yaptığı açıklamada, "Rusya'nın Ukrayna'dan çaldığı" iddia edilen tahılı taşıyan geminin Hayfa'ya ulaştığı gerekçesiyle İsrail'in Kiev Büyükelçisi Michael Brodsky'i Dışişleri Bakanlığına çağırdıklarını bildirmişti. İsrail Dışişleri Bakanı Saar, Ukraynalı mevkidaşına"Diplomatik ilişkiler, özellikle dost ülkeler arasında, twitter veya medya üzerinden yürütülmez." diyerek yanıt vermiş ve Ukrayna'nın konuya ilişkin resmi bir başvuru yapmadığını savunmuştu. Ukrayna Devlet Başkanı Volodimir Zelenskiy ise hem bu tahılı doğrudan taşıyanları hem de bu tür suç faaliyetlerinden para kazanmaya çalışanları kapsayacak bir yaptırım paketi hazırladıklarını aktarmıştı. Kiev yönetimi, "Rusya'nın Ukrayna'dan çaldığı" iddia edilen tahılı İsrail'e taşımakla suçladıkları "Panoramitis" adlı geminin yakalanması için İsrail'e resmi başvuruda bulunmuştu.
