Internet star was raped by her husband while breastfeeding their baby, shocking criminal complaint alleges

The couple, who the Daily Mail is not naming to protect the alleged victim's identity, were in their home in Washington County, Utah, when the alleged attack occurred last month, according to a criminal complaint. That was when the wife, who is a popular social media influencer, was allegedly approached by her 30-year-old husband in their bedroom. He demanded 'to be intimate' while the woman was breastfeeding their daughter, the criminal complaint said.  According to the affidavit seen by the Daily Mail, the wife refused her husband's advances because 'she did not feel comfortable with her their daughter nursing.' The husband allegedly proceeded to have sex with the woman anyway, despite her refusal.  An internet star was raped by her husband while breastfeeding their baby, it is alleged, with the spouse now charged with crimes against both his wife and the infant (file photo, posed by models)  His alleged rape involved 'putting his body weight' on both his wife and the infant, according to the criminal complaint.  He then 'finished having sex' in a manner that saw bodily fluid strike both his wife and their baby daughter, according to the affidavit.  Charging documents show the 30-year-old Utah man is now facing charges including two counts of rape, two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, and one count of lewdness involving a child. The husband has yet to enter a plea.  Records show that a judge ordered he be held without bail pending trial finding that he 'would constitute a substantial danger' if he is released ahead of trial.  In the criminal complaint, the suspect's wife said the alleged rape in July was not the only time he attacked her, claiming he had 'been sexually assaulting her' over 'the past several years.'  In another alleged attack detailed in the affidavit in May 2026, the suspect allegedly raped his wife in the living room of their home, after she 'specifically told him no.' The alleged rape happened in Washington County, Utah last month (pictured) and has resulted in the husband being held in jail without bail  '(His wife) stated that their infant daughter was present', the documents allege.  'Despite telling (the suspect) no, he proceeded to pull her pants off and have non-consensual intercourse with her,' the affidavit said.  According to the affidavit, when the husband was arrested, he 'recalled both' of the alleged sex attacks detailed by officers in the document.  He allegedly admitted to having sex with his wife 'while she was holding/ nursing their infant daughter', but said she 'did not give him any indication that this was non-consensual.'  He also allegedly admitted that 'when he pulled out, he accidentally ejaculated on his infant daughter', the affidavit shows.  Additional records also show the suspect is being charged with violating a domestic order, and that his wife has filed to divorce him.
