After a verbal agreement, Inter have now reportedly sent their formal offer to Liverpool for Curtis Jones, at €30m plus €5m add-ons and a percentage of the future sale.
The negotiations have been going for the best part of a year, as the midfielder had already been pushing to come to San Siro in January.
With his contract set to expire at the end of this season, Liverpool found they had to lower the €40m demand a little bit to get this deal over the line.
Jones ready to fly out for Inter

Multiple sources reported today that a verbal agreement had been reached at a total package of €35m.
Now Sky Sport Italia note that Inter have sent the written proposal, which is €30m plus €5m in add-ons, and a cut of the future sale fee.

In turn, they are also discussing personal terms with Jones and his agents, who have been enthusiastic about the idea of joining the Serie A Champions for a while, so that is not expected to take long.
Jones can become the third England international to come to Inter this summer after John Stones, who was a free agent from Manchester City, and Tottenham Hotspur full-back Djed Spence.
If all goes well, then Jones should fly out tomorrow and have his Inter medical before the weekend.
It probably won’t all be completed in time for him to be part of the squad for the opening Serie A match of the season against Monza on Saturday at 17.30 UK time (18.30 CEST).

He could though be in the stands and be introduced to the fans at San Siro.
