Outre les logements sociaux, le gouvernement s’adresse à l’ensemble du parc de logements, en annonçant vouloir installer 1 million de pompes à chaleur par an en France d’ici à 2030. Un objectif qui n’est pas sans rappeler les annonces d’Emmanuel Macron en 2023, qui prévoyait alors la production, dans l’Hexagone, d’1 million de pompes à chaleur par an.
