Shamon Shaji was holding ticket number 229425 which she purchased on March 22.
"I am watching live. Thank you so much," said Shaji during the phone call.
Show hosts Richard and Bouchra has also announced Big Ticket's latest promotion, with a grand prize of Dh25 million set to be awarded during the live draw on May 3.
