Better platforms. Better workflows. Better automation. But that framing now feels too narrow.The next shift may be less about people using smarter tools and more about people directing digital teammates.In many ways, the future employee may look less like a traditional individual contributor and more like a first-time conductor stepping in front of an orchestra that already knows how to play. The instruments are there. The capability is there. The output can be powerful.
