Yüzde 20'lik bir kısım kaldı." dedi.Fatma Nur Duman Arı09 Mayıs 2026•Güncelleme: 09 Mayıs 2026İstanbulA Haber'de katıldığı canlı yayında gündeme ilişkin soruları yanıtlayan Çiftçi, Türkiye'nin ve Avrupa'nın en büyük savunma, havacılık ve uzay sanayi kümelenmesi SAHA İstanbul tarafından İstanbul Fuar Merkezi'nde düzenlenen "SAHA 2026 Uluslararası Savunma, Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayi Fuarı"nı ziyaret ettiğini belirtti. Çiftçi, savunma sanayisindeki gelişmelerin gurur verici olduğunu, yerlilik oranının yüzde 80'e ulaştığını ve yüzde 100'e çıkmayı umut ettiğini dile getirerek, "YILDIRIMHAN" uzun menzilli füzesinden de övgüyle bahsetti. Çiftçi, Türkiye'nin daha iyilerini üretebilecek kapasitede olduğunu ifade etti. Trafik kuralları, ihlalleri, cezaları ve verilerine ilişkin soruları yanıtlayan Çiftçi, 2015-2024 yıllarında trafik kazalarının Türkiye'ye yaklaşık 280,6 milyar dolarlık maliyet oluşturduğunu aktararak, "Yıllık ortalama 28 milyar dolarlık trafik kazalarının getirmiş olduğu bir yük var. Bunun gayri safi milli hasıla içerisindeki oranı da yüzde 2,93'e tekabül ediyor. Önemli bir rakam. 2024 yılındaki toplam sosyal maliyete baktığımız zaman bu 28 milyar dolarlık maliyetin daha da arttığını görüyoruz: 61 milyar dolar." diye konuştu. Çiftçi, yeni trafik cezalarının ardından denetimlerin arttığını ancak ihlallerin ve ölümlü kazaların ciddi oranda azaldığını, özellikle makas atma, drift ve hız ihlallerinde büyük düşüş yaşandığını, trafikteki asayiş olaylarında da azalma görüldüğünü kaydetti. Türkiye'de motosiklet sayısının son yıllarda hızla arttığını, 2019'da toplam araçların yüzde 14,1'ini oluşturan motosikletlerin oranının 2025'te yüzde 21,3'e yükseldiğini vurgulayan Çiftçi, trafik kazalarında motosikletlerin payının da yüzde 50 seviyesine yaklaştığına dikkati çekti. Çiftçi, "Trafik olaylarıyla ilgili bir toplantı yaptık. Orada bunların hepsini masaya yatırdık, motosikletlilerin ve bunların karışmış oldukları kazaların sayılarının azaltılabilmesi için denetimleri artırma kararı aldık. Çünkü burada da hedefimiz hem bu kişilerin kurallara uymasını sağlamak, güvenli bir sürüş ortamı oluşturmak, trafik kurallarına uyma oranlarını yükseltmek." ifadelerini kullandı. Çiftçi, "yeni nesil suç örgütleri"nin sosyal medya ve dijital platformları yoğun kullandığını, klasik mafya yapılanmalarından farklı olarak belirli bir merkez, hiyerarşi ya da kurala sahip olmadıklarını aktararak, "Bu sene 2026 yılını organize suç çeteleriyle, yeni nesil organize suç çeteleriyle mücadele yılı ilan ettik. Operasyonlarımız hız kesmeden 2026 yılında sürekli devam edecek. Bizim hedefimiz bu sene bu suç örgütlerini eylem yapamaz, iş yapamaz hale getirmek. Bu konuda kesin kararlıyız." şeklinde konuştu. Uyuşturucuyla mücadelede kararlılık mesajı veren Çiftçi, sokakların ve gençlerin madde satıcılarına bırakılmayacağını, bu konudaki mücadelelerinin devam edeceğini vurguladı. Bağımlılıkla mücadele eden vatandaşlara seslenen Çiftçi, "Yeşilaylardaki YEDAM'ları tavsiye edebilirim. Gönüllülük esasına göre herhangi bir şekilde kimliklerini ifşa etmeden orada çok güzel bir tedavi süreci yürütüyorlar. Bu durumda olanlar varsa lütfen Yeşilay'a müracaat etsinler. Yeşilay daha etkili bir mücadele yürütüyor." dedi. Çiftçi, uyuşturucuyla mücadelede gözaltına alınanlara ilişkin ünlü-ünsüz kişi ayrımı yapılmadığına, sokak satıcılarından baronlara kadar suça karışan herkesin hedef alındığına işaret etti. Operasyonların yalnızca tanınmış isimlere yönelik olmadığını vurgulayan Çiftçi, "Bizim operasyonlarımızda herhangi bir ayrım yok. Kim yapıyorsa biz adaletin karşısına çıkarmakla mükellefiz ve bunu da yapıyoruz." dedi. Çiftçi, yurt dışında barındırılan FETÖ ve diğer terör örgütü üyelerinin iadesi konusunda temasların sürdüğünü, yabancı yetkililerle yapılan görüşmelerde bu isimlerin açık şekilde gündeme getirildiğini anlattı. Okullardaki güvenlik tedbirlerine ilişkin soruyu yanıtlayan Çiftçi, tedbirlerin artırıldığını ve risk durumuna göre polis, bekçi ve bazı bölgelerde güvenlik korucularının görevlendirildiğini dile getirdi. Çiftçi, Güvenli Okul toplantılarının artık her ay yapıldığını, tüm okullara polis görevlendirmenin mümkün olmadığını, bu nedenle aileler, okul yönetimleri ve ilgili kurumların birlikte hareket etmesi gerektiğini anlattı. Çiftçi, sahipsiz sokak hayvanlarıyla ilgili çalışmalara değinerek, şöyle devam etti: "Bütün Türkiye'de baktığımız zaman yüzde 80 oranında sahipsiz hayvanlar toplanmış durumda. Yüzde 20'lik bir kısım kaldı. Bunları da bu senenin sonuna doğru, Eylül, Ekim ayında tamamen toplayıp barınaklara veya doğal yaşam alanlarına almayı planlıyoruz. Bu konunun üzerinde hassasiyetle duruyoruz. Bu hafta, toplama oranları yüzde 60'ın altında olan, 9 valimizle birebir telefonla görüştüm ve çalışmaları hızlandırmalarını da söyledim. Bu arada sahipsiz sokak hayvanlarını savunan kesimin lincine de uğradığımı söyleyebilirim. Ellerinden kurtuluş yok zaten. Biz doğrusunu yaptığımıza inanıyoruz. Sokaklarımızı güvenli hale getirdik. Çocuklar parka, okula, yaşlılar camiye gidemiyor. Yani sahipsiz sokak hayvanları sokaklarda rahat dolaşsın, insanlara saldırsın diye bir şey yapmamazlık edemezdik. Sahipsiz sokak hayvanlarının yeri sokaklar, parklar, meydanlar değil, barınaklar. Barınaklarda bu hayvanlar toplanacak, tedavileri yapılacak, kısırlaştırılacak ve orada beslenmeleri yapılacak. Bu hayvanlar açısından da iyi, önemli. Aslında hayvan hakları savunucularının bundan memnun olması gerekir." Sahipsiz sokak hayvanlarının neden olduğu saldırıların ciddi mağduriyetlere yol açtığını anlatan Çiftçi, belediyelere barınakların hızla tamamlanması çağrısında bulundu. Çiftçi, vatandaşların güvenliği için sürecin kararlılıkla sürdürüleceğini ifade etti. Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (ODTÜ), 37. Uluslararası Bahar Şenliği etkinliklerinde Türk bayrağına yönelik saygısızlık oluşturan davranışlarla ilgili soruyu yanıtlayan Çiftçi, şunları kaydetti: "Bunu bir provokasyon olarak değerlendiriyoruz. Bayrağımıza yapılan bu saygısızlığın affedilmesi, hoş görülmesi mümkün değil. Güvenlik kuvvetlerimiz, jandarmamız, polisimiz bu olayın duyulmasıyla, gündeme gelmesiyle beraber hızlıca bir reaksiyon gösterdiler, pozisyon aldılar ve bu işe karışanları, örgüt mensuplarını yakaladılar. Bundan sonra da yine çalışmalarımız devam ediyor." Gülistan Doku soruşturmasıyla ilgili olarak müfettişlerin çalışmalarının sürdüğünün, dosyanın çok yönlü şekilde incelendiğinin ve olayın ilk aşamasından itibaren mülkiye ve polis müfettişlerinin görevlendirildiğinin altını çizen Çiftçi, "İçişleri Bakanlığı olarak biz herhangi bir iddiayı mutlaka sonuna kadar inceleyeceğiz. Karanlıkta herhangi bir noktayı da bırakmama konusunda kararlıyız. Adalet Bakanlığı ve İçişleri Bakanlığı olarak da birlikte çalışıyoruz. JASAT ekiplerimiz de zaten aktif destek veriyorlar. Bu olayı aydınlatacağız, Gülistan'ın nereye gömüldüğünü de mezarının nerede olduğunu da bulma konusunda ekiplerimiz sahada çok yönlü bir çalışma yürütüyorlar." diye konuştu. Çiftçi, 112, 155 ve 156 gibi acil çağrı hatlarını tek bir dijital sistemde birleştirmeyi hedefleyen yeni mobil uygulama üzerinde çalıştıklarını söyleyerek, vatandaşların acil durumlarda daha hızlı şekilde devlete ulaşabilmesini amaçladıklarını ve uygulamanın test aşamasında olduğunu, kısa süre içinde hizmete sunulmasının planlandığını aktardı. "Hafız Bakan" olarak nitelendirilmesine ilişkin soruyu cevaplayan Çiftçi, şu ifadelere yer verdi: "Ben evet hafızlık yaptım. 3 sene Kur'an kursunda okudum, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığının yönetiminde olan. Ondan sonra İmam Hatip Lisesi'ne gittim. Ardından Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi'ni kazandım ve kaymakamlık mesleğine intisap ettim. Bunun neticesinde kaymakamlık ve valilik yaptım. Ardından Sayın Cumhurbaşkanı'mızın tensipleriyle bu şerefli göreve atandım. Tabii bu göreve gelirken de benim hafızlık tarafım değil, bu meslekteki geçmişim dikkate alındı. Öyle olmasa Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığında zaten 250 bin tane hafız var. Yani onların tercih edilmesi gerekirdi diye değerlendiriyorum. Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi'ni 1990 yılında birincilikle kazandım. Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü'ne birincilikle girdim. Kaymakamlık yıllarında örneğin cumartesi günleri mutlaka çalışırdım. Vali olduğum zamanlarda pazar günleri de çalışmaya başladım. Hatta akşamları da çalışıyordum. Hep çalıştığımı hatırlıyorum. Şimdi tempo daha da yükselmiş oldu. Artık genelde sabah başlayan çalışmalarımız gece vaktine kadar devam ediyor. Eve sadece bir müddet dinlenmek için gidiyoruz. Tabii hafızlığıma da unutmamak için yine bir zaman ayırıyorum. Yani mutlaka sabahları gelmeden önce bir 45 dakika çalışmaya devam ediyorum ki ezberlerimi tazelemiş olayım, unutmayayım." Çiftçi, emniyet teşkilatının çalışma şartlarına ilişkin düzenlemeler üzerinde çalıştıklarını belirterek, 12/36 çalışma sistemi, personel takviyesi, terfi düzenlemeleri ve teşkilat kanununun güncellenmesi gibi başlıklarda adım atıldığını söyledi. Fazla mesai ve ek ödeme konusunda da 2027'ye kadar yasal düzenleme hedeflendiğini dile getiren Çiftçi, İstanbul'da lojman imkanlarının artırılması için bu yıl araç alımının azaltılarak konut alımına ağırlık verileceğini sözlerine ekledi.
