Hunt for missing girl, 15, thought to be with wanted man on recall from prison

By WILL HALLOWELL, NEWS REPORTER Published: 00:26, 2 June 2026 | Updated: 00:28, 2 June 2026 A manhunt has been launched for a missing teenager who is thought to be with a wanted man on recall from prison.  West Mercia Police are appealing for information about the whereabouts of Chanelle, 15, after she went missing on Thursday, May 28.  It is believed that Chanelle could be with Kyle Brayne, 24, who is wanted by police.  Officers believe she could be in Bridgnorth or Oswestry, or 'anywhere in Shropshire'.  However it is also thought the pair could have travelled to Wales.  Anyone who sees them has been urged to dial 999 while people with information about their whereabouts should call 101.   A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: 'Officers searching for missing teenager Chanelle believe she may be with wanted man Kyle Brayne. 'Chanelle, who is 15 years old, was reported missing on Thursday (28 May) and it is believed she may be in the Bridgnorth or Oswestry areas with 24-year-old Brayne.
