Fourteen people were charged—13 were current and former Penn State students, while the other is the father of one of the alleged “main dealers." Law enforcement officials claimed the suppliers would travel to Philadelphia and New York City for cocaine and bring it back to Happy Valley. Sometimes as part of an initiation ritual, pledges would allegedly cut and bag the cocaine in the fraternity houses before it was sold to other students. Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday said that “there was nothing junior or childlike about this type of conduct.
