The Marie Curie charity works with people who are terminally ill, providing nursing, hospice care and support for those who are at the end of their lives.‌It means while they can often find themselves in heartbreaking situations they also are often given invaluable advice from those who they are caring for. Now Marie Curie has shared some of the words of wisdom they have learned over the years - and one final act which had a special reason behind it.‌While some of the common ones were things such as "never go to sleep on an angry word", "don’t save all your money for a rainy day", and "don’t let worrying rob you of the time you have" there was another heartbreakingly simple offering shared by one dying patient.
