MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. The quickest path to a Ukrainian settlement is to halt military and technical deliveries to Kiev by the United States and NATO countries, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov told TASS in an interview. "Regarding the specific aspect of US arms deliveries to Ukraine, we have repeatedly emphasized that the fastest way to resolve this crisis, this conflict, this tragic situation, is to put an end to military-technical supplies and assistance from the US and its NATO allies to the Kiev regime," Ryabkov said.
