kapsamında adliyeye sevk edilen Mustafa Türkay Sonel'in savcılıktaki sorgusu tamamlandı. Nöbetçi sulh ceza hakimliğine sevk edilen Mustafa Türkay Sonel, "kasten öldürme" suçundan tutuklandı. Böylece soruşturmada tutuklu sayısı 10'a çıktı. Gülistan Doku'nun kaybolmasına ilişkin, aralarında dönemin Tunceli Valisi Tuncay Sonel ve dönemin Tunceli Devlet Hastanesi Başhekimi Çağdaş Özdemir'in de aralarında bulunduğu 15 şüphelinin gözaltına alındığı soruşturma kapsamında, Doku'nun SIM kartındaki verileri sildiği iddia edilen eski polis Gökhan Ertok, eski Tunceli İl Özel İdaresi çalışanı Erdoğan Elaldı, Celal Altaş, Nurşen Arıkan, Ferhat Hanedan Güven, Doku'nun erkek arkadaşı Zeinal Abakarov ile annesi Cemile Yücer ve eski polis olan üvey babası Engin Yücer ile Tuncay Sonel'in o dönem koruma polisliğini yapan Şükrü Eroğlu tutuklanmış, Munzur Üniversitesinin güvenlik kameralarından sorumlu Savaş G. ve Süleyman Ö. ile Uğurcan A. ise haklarında yurt dışına çıkış yasağı kararı verilerek adli kontrol şartıyla serbest bırakılmıştı. İçişleri Bakanlığınca açığa alınan ve Elazığ'da gözaltına alınan eski Tunceli Valisi Sonel, Erzurum'a getirilmişti. Eski başhekim Özdemir'in jandarmadaki işlemleri sürüyor. Mustafa Türkay Sonel'in yakın arkadaşı olduğu belirtilen ve ABD'de bulunan şüpheli Umut A. hakkında ise yakalama kararı çıkarılmıştı.
