PakistanTop NewsGovt 'files fresh review plea' against SC order on PTI founder’s hospital transferBy Raja Mohsin Ijaz-Aug 21, 2026Add ARY News on GoogleAAResizeISLAMABAD: The federal government has filed a fresh review petition before the Supreme Court (SC) challenging its order regarding the transfer of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and former prime minister Imran Khan to hospital, arguing that the judgment contains legal shortcomings. The applicant has requested the Supreme Court to accept the miscellaneous petition and review its August 18 decision regarding Imran Khan’s hospital transfer.
