Girişimci Destek Programı İş Geliştirme Çağrısı'nın 2026 yılı ikinci dönem başvurularının başladığına işaret eden Kacır, şunları kaydetti: "Program kapsamında girişimcilerimize 2 milyon liraya kadar destek sunuyoruz. 2024 yılında uygulamaya aldığımız program kapsamında 3 bin 899 proje için 5,6 milyar lira destek kararı aldık. Şimdiye kadar 1842 proje için 1,8 milyar lira destek sağladık. Girişimci Destek Programı 2026 yılı ikinci çağrısıyla yenilikçi fikirlerin büyük başarılara dönüştüğü girişimcilerimizi desteklemeye devam ediyoruz." Kacır'ın paylaşımında yer alan bilgiye göre, çağrı için 8 Mayıs'a kadar başvuru yapılabilecek. Program kapsamında desteklenecek sektörler, "imalat", "telekomünikasyon", "bilgisayar programlama, danışmanlık ve ilgili faaliyetler", "bilişim altyapısı, veri işleme, barındırma ve diğer bilgi hizmeti faaliyetleri" ile "bilimsel araştırma ve geliştirme faaliyetleri" olarak sıralandı.
