kapsamında Mecliste hafta boyunca özel etkinlikler düzenlenecek. TBMM Genel Kurulunda, yarın "TBMM Çocuk Özel Oturumu" yapılacak. TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş'un oturumun açılışını yapmasının ardından Başkanlık Divanı, oturumu yönetecek çocuk başkana ve çocuk katip üyelere devredilecek. Bu oturumda Genel Kurulu çocuklar yönetecek. Genel Kurul, 23 Nisan Perşembe günü ise TBMM'nin açılışının 106. yılı ile 23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı dolayısıyla özel gündemle toplanacak. TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş'un başkanlık edeceği 23 Nisan Özel Oturumu'nda, Kurtulmuş ve siyasi parti temsilcileri konuşacak. Kutlamalar kapsamında Kurtulmuş tarafından resepsiyon verilecek. Haftalık çalışmalarına 21 Nisan Salı günü başlayacak Genel Kurulda, Şanlıurfa ve Kahramanmaraş'taki okullarda yaşanan saldırılara ilişkin genel görüşme yapılacak. TBMM Genel Kurulu, ilk 15 maddesi kabul edilen sosyal medyaya ve doğum iznine yönelik düzenlemeleri de içeren Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu ve Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun Teklifi'ni görüşecek. Teklifle, kadınlara verilecek doğum izni süresi 16 haftadan 24 haftaya çıkarılacak. Düzenlemenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarih itibarıyla analık izni süresi dolmuş ancak doğumun gerçekleştiği tarihten itibaren 24 haftalık süresi henüz tamamlanmamış personele, talepleri halinde 8 hafta ilave analık izni verilebilecek. İşçiye, eşinin doğum yapması halinde verilecek ücretli izin süresi 5 günden 10 güne yükseltilecek. Bir veya daha fazla çocuğa koruyucu aile olan memura, çocuğun teslim edildiği tarihten sonra isteği üzerine 10 gün izin verilecek. Sosyal ağ sağlayıcı, 15 yaşını doldurmamış çocuklara hizmet sunamayacak ve bu hizmetin sunulmaması konusunda yaş doğrulama dahil gerekli tedbirleri almakla yükümlü olacak. Oyun platformu, usulüne uygun olarak derecelendirilmeyen oyunları sunamayacak. Çocukların kuruluş bakımına alınmaksızın ailesi veya yakını yanında bakımı ve desteklenmesi amacıyla koruyucu ve önleyici çalışmalar yapılacak, ihtiyaç halinde bölgesel şartlar dikkate alınarak sosyal ve ekonomik destek sağlanacak. Yeterli geliri olmadığı değerlendirilen kadınlara ve çocuklara, geçici maddi yardım yapılmasına karar verilmemiş olması halinde, ilgili Kanun'da belirtilen orana göre hiçbir kesinti yapılmaksızın net harçlık verilecek. Tarım, Orman ve Köyişleri Komisyonunda, Hayvanları Koruma Kanunu'nda yapılan değişikliklerin sahaya yansımasına ilişkin sunum gerçekleştirilecek. Salı ve çarşamba günleri, Mecliste grubu bulunan siyasi partilerin grup toplantıları gerçekleştirilecek.
