فایننشال تایمز گزارش داد روسیه در حال نهایی کردن محموله‌ای شامل پهپاد، مواد دارویی و غذایی برای ارسال به ایران است که نخستین کمک تسلیحاتی مسکو به جمهوری اسلامی از آغاز جنگ محسوب می‌شود. به گفته منابع غربی، دو طرف به طور محرمانه درباره این ارسال گفت‌وگو کرده‌اند.
