Falcons rookie minicamp takeaways: An early position swap and two intriguing QBs
FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Atlanta Falcons rookie Zachariah Branch had some unexpected company in wide receiver workouts Friday. Fellow Georgia Bulldog Cash Jones, a running back for five seasons in Athens, was working out with the receivers during the first practice of the team’s rookie minicamp.“That’s always going to be my guy, and they transitioned him to slot receiver, too,” Branch said. “He’s always got great energy — a bright guy, as well. We’re helping each other out. It’s always good to have him around. I’m excited to have him working with me.”Advertisementالمصدر: The Athletic | Source: The Athletic
