derlediği bilgilere göre, elektrik piyasasındaki lisans işlemleri, 2024'e kıyasla yüzde 0,5 artarak 1393'e çıktı. Bu alanda en fazla lisans, 639 üretim tesisi için düzenlendi, 552 ön lisans ve 96 tedarik lisansı verildi. Bu dönemde lisanslı üretim kapasitesi ise önceki yıla göre yaklaşık yüzde 105 artarak 5 bin 229 megavata ulaştı. Bunun 1882 megavatı rüzgar, 1360 megavatı hidroelektrik ve 960 megavatı güneş enerjisi kaynaklı oldu. Raporda ayrıca 2 bin 252 megavatlık üretim lisansının iptal edildiği belirtildi. Geçen yıl petrol, doğal gaz ve LPG piyasalarında toplam 10 bin 448 lisans verildi. Bunun 8 bin 291'i petrol, 2 bin 74'ü LPG ve 83'ü doğal gaz alanındaydı. Petrol piyasasında lisans sayısı 2024'e göre yüzde 35,8 arttı, en fazla lisans 7 bin 906 adetle bayiliklere verildi. LPG piyasasında dağıtılan lisanslarda yüzde 24,1 düşüş görüldü. Bu sektörde en fazla lisans 2 bin 16 adetle otogaz bayilikleri ilk sırada yer aldı. Doğal gaz piyasasında lisans sayısı da 2024'e kıyasla yüzde 21,7 azaldı, bu alanda en çok lisans 47 adetle dağıtım faaliyetlerine tahsis edildi. Bunun yanı sıra geçen yıl şarj hizmeti piyasasında 50 yeni şarj ağı işletmeci lisansı verildi. Yıl boyunca 12 bin 762 yeni soket devreye alınırken, bunların 6 bin 381'ini AC (yavaş şarj), 6 bin 381'ini DC (hızlı şarj) soketleri oluşturdu. Toplam soket sayısı, önceki yıla göre yüzde 46,6 artışla 38 bin 808'e çıktı. Lisanslı işletmeciler tarafından kurulan 3 bin 967 yeni istasyonla, geçen yılın sonunda Türkiye genelinde toplam 14 bin 323 şarj istasyonuna ulaşıldı. Bu sayı 2024 yılı sonunda 10 bin 356 olarak kaydedilmişti. Geçen yıl sonunda yürürlükteki lisans sayısı, 28 bin 323 olarak hesaplandı. Elektrik piyasasında yürürlükteki lisans sayısı 2025'te yüzde 2,5 artarak 3 bin 417'ye çıktı. Doğal gaz piyasasında lisans sayısı yüzde 0,8 artarak 388, petrol piyasasında lisans sayısı yüzde 0,01 artarak 13 bin 333, LPG piyasasında ise yüzde 0,6 düşüşle 11 bin 3 oldu. Öte yandan, dönem sonunda yürürlükteki yeni şarj ağı işletmeci lisans sayısı, önceki yıla göre yüzde 4 artarak 182'ye yükseldi.
