Başkanlığı, MASAK ve cumhuriyet başsavcılıkları koordinesinde, il emniyet ve siber suçlarla mücadele şube müdürlüklerince yürütülen çalışmalar sonucu son 5 günde 64 ilde operasyonlar düzenlendi. "Nitelikli dolandırıcılık, çevrim içi çocuk müstehcenliği ve tacizi, yasa dışı bahis" suçlarına yönelik operasyonlarda 1021 şüpheli gözaltına alındı. Operasyonlar sonucu yaklaşık 48 milyar 16 milyon lira değerindeki para ve mal varlığına el konuldu. Şüphelilerin 319'u tutuklandı, 192'si hakkında adli kontrol hükümleri uygulandı. Diğerlerinin işlemleri devam ediyor. Zanlıların yasa dışı bahis ve kumar oynattıkları, yasa dışı bahis sitelerinde para nakline aracılık ettikleri, çocuk müstehcenliği içeren görüntüleri barındırdıkları, vatandaşların mobil bankacılık hesaplarına erişim sağlayarak haksız kazanç sağladıkları belirlendi. Ayrıca sosyal medya platformları ve oltalama (phishing) sitelerinden şüphelilerin "yasal bahis kuponu, araç kiralama/kapora bedeli, TOKİ sosyal konut projeleri, akıllı telefon/ev aletleri ve yatırım ortaklığı" temalarını kullanarak vatandaşları dolandırdıkları, suçtan elde edilen gelirleri, elektronik para ve ödeme kuruluşları, bankalar, döviz büroları ve kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcıları aracılığıyla profesyonel aklama sisteminden paranın yönünü değiştirdikleri, gizledikleri ve akladıkları saptandı.
