Ligde normal sezonu zirvede tamamlayan, son 5 yılda 4 şampiyonluğu bulunan ve üçünü başantrenör Mustafa Kavaz yönetiminde kazanan Ziraat Bankkart, play-off 1-4 etabında Spor Toto'yu 2-0 eleyerek finale yükseldi. Normal sezonu üçüncü bitiren başantrenörlüğünü İtalyan Andrea Gardini'nin yaptığı Galatasaray HDI Sigorta ise play-off 1-4 etabında Halkbank'ı 2-0 yenerek adını finale yazdırdı. Finalde üç galibiyete ulaşan takım Efeler Ligi'nde 2025-26 sezonunun şampiyonu olacak. Başkentin kırmızı-beyazlı temsilcisi, ligdeki son 5 şampiyonluktan 4'ünü kazandı. Ziraat Bankkart 2021, 2022, 2023 ve 2025 yılında şampiyonluk kupasını müzesine götürdü. Efeler Ligi tarihinde en fazla şampiyonluk yaşayan takımlar listesinde Galatasaray ve Arkas Spor ile 4'üncü sırada yer alan başkent ekibi, 5. şampiyonluk için mücadele edecek. Eczacıbaşı, 12 şampiyonlukla Efeler Ligi'nin en başarılı takımı ünvanını elinde tutuyor. Eczacıbaşı'nı, Halkbank (10) ve Fenerbahçe (5) izliyor.
