hakkında yazılı açıklamada bulundu. Sistemin yetkili kurumlarca "apostil" şerhi verilen resmi belgelerin elektronik ortamda oluşturulması, onaylanması, iletilmesi ve doğrulanmasını sağlayan dijital hizmet olduğunu ifade eden Uraloğlu, sistem sayesinde belgelerin fiziksel evrak dolaşımı olmadan uluslararası geçerliliğe kavuştuğuna işaret etti. Uraloğlu, e-apostil sistemiyle vatandaşların e-Devlet üzerinden giriş yaparak belge türüne göre başvuru oluşturabildiğini, taleplerin elektronik ortamda Adalet Bakanlığına bağlı adli birimlere ve İçişleri Bakanlığına bağlı valilik ve kaymakamlıklara iletildiğini belirtti. Sistemin 1 Ocak 2019'da devreye alındığına dikkati çeken Uraloğlu, ilk aşamada Adalet Bakanlığınca verilen "Adli Sicil Kaydı" ve mahkeme kararı gibi adli belgeler için e-apostil işlemlerinin başlatıldığına dikkati çekti. Uraloğlu, 2021'de İçişleri Bakanlığı Nüfus ve Vatandaşlık İşleri Genel Müdürlüğünce sunulan nüfus kayıt örnekleri için de başvuru alınmaya başlandığını anımsatarak, 2022'de Cumhurbaşkanlığı Dijital Dönüşüm Ofisi, Adalet Bakanlığı ve TÜRKSAT işbirliğiyle hizmetin e-Devlet'e entegre edildiğini ve başvuruların "turkiye.gov.tr" üzerinden de yapılabildiğini belirtti. 28 Aralık 2023 itibarıyla çok dilli doğum kayıt örneği (Formül A), çok dilli evlenme kayıt örneği (Formül B) ve çok dilli ölüm kayıt örneği (Formül C) belgelerinin de sisteme eklendiğini ifade eden Uraloğlu, "PTT tarafından sunulan e-apostil hizmeti ile e-Devlet hesabı olan tüm vatandaşlarımız resmi belgelerini dünyanın her yerinden dijital ortamda alabiliyor. Oluşturulan belgeler 'Lahey Konvansiyonu'na taraf olan 130'dan fazla ülkede geçerli sayılıyor." değerlendirmesinde bulundu. Uraloğlu, apostil şerhi verilen belgelerin doğrulanabilir şekilde başvuru sahiplerine ulaştırıldığını belirterek, şunları kaydetti: "e-Apostil kapsamında, nüfus kayıt örneği, çok dilli doğum kayıt örneği, çok dilli evlenme kayıt örneği, çok dilli ölüm kayıt örneği belgeleri, mahkeme kararları ve adli sicil kaydı belgesi kolaylıkla alınıyor. Projenin devreye alındığı 2019 yılından Mart 2026 sonuna kadar toplam 70 bin 616 e-apostilli belge işlemi gerçekleştirildi."
