Dr. Deborah Birx says "there's a deep bench" to CDC, FDA to respond to Ebola

Dr. Deborah Birx, who helped coordinate the international response to the 2014 Ebola outbreak, told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that "there's a deep bench" at the CDC, FDA to facilitate an Ebola response despite that neither agency has a confirmed agency head.
