Donald Trump posts bizarre picture walking alongside ALIEN in chains
Donald Trump posted a peculiar AI-generated image of himself walking alongside a handcuffed alien at a US military base last night, just 10 days after the UFO files were released.
The image, posted to his Truth Social account on Sunday evening, depicts the President and bodyguards seemingly escorting the extraterrestrial figure.
The White House released the highly-anticipated UFO files on May 8, promoting the disclosure of previously confidential information regarding unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP).
The post, assumingly done in jest, was met with a mixed reaction from the public, with some pointing to "soft propaganda", while others questioned the motive.
Eric Weinstein, investor and mathematician, posted on X: "Maybe it's real. Maybe, a head fake. Maybe it's awesome AF. Maybe it's dorky dad humor. Maybe it's a clever way to prepare the world.
'What do I believe? That we are here clowning around without full and totally uncontested control of our own National Defense-critical military airspace."
Meanwhile, one other user wrote: "As much as I hate Trump, he is the only president in my life who has the balls to push for disclosure. Even though we all know it's a distraction from Epstein."
Another said: "Personally, I don't see his post as anything other than having some fun with soft propaganda."
The post followed a UFO document dump by the Pentagon earlier this month, marking the first in a series of releases featuring more than 20 military videos of unidentified objects, old State Department cables and Nasa transcripts.
Sean Kirkpatrick, former director of the Pentagon's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, warned the files would "only serve to fuel more speculation, conspiracy and armchair pseudoscience".
The UFO files came after the President teased hidden knowledge of alien life, forming part of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon Encounters (PURSUE) programme.

Photographs from the initial disclosure depict strangely shaped objects captured on film during the Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 space missions.
Another collection of images comes from the FBI and depicts strange, unidentified objects in proximity to US aircraft on New Year's Eve 1999.
A White House spokesman said: "The latest UAP videos, photos, and original source documents from across the entire United States government are all in one place - no clearance required.
"While past administrations sought to discredit or dissuade the American people, President Trump is focused on providing maximum transparency to the public, who can ultimately make up their own minds about the information contained in these files."
Pete Hegseth, US Secretary of War, said the files, hidden behind classifications, have "long fueled justified speculation" and the release demonstrates the administration’s commitment to transparency.
Among the discourse, former president Barack Obama dismissed the notion the US Government was withholding information on extraterrestrial lifeforms.
He said on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert: “For those of you who still think that we’ve got little green men underground somewhere, one of the things you learn as president is the government is terrible at keeping secrets.”
Addressing conspiracy theories the Government has alien spaceships, he added, “I promise you some guy guarding the installation would have taken a selfie with one of the aliens and sent it to his girlfriend to impress her. There would be leaks.”
