It means President Trump's eldest son has now cast off the remaining shadow quietly haunting his new life with bride Bettina Anderson, the Palm Beach socialite he wed in a secret ceremony in The Bahamas in May. And in what could be seen as a celebration of severing the link, Don Jr, 48, and his new wife, 39, headed back to the scene of their wedding on Little Pipe Cay for a family weekend and fishing extravaganza. Even the owners got in on the act, sending them a card reading: 'Welcome home Mr & Mrs Trump! Happy to have our favorite newlyweds back. We hope you have yet another special weekend here. With love, team LPC.' Other photos include the happy couple kissing passionately on a boat, posing proudly with two of Don Jr's children beside a magnificent stone fireplace, enjoying down time with Cuban model and actress Rachell Vallori and Bettina paddle boarding.  Bettina wrote alongside the photos: 'Great crew, great crush and magical memories! Nothing beats fresh lobster, salty skin, sun kissed cheeks, time with family, and friends who are family. These are the kind of days you wish you could bottle up forever. Already counting down to the next one.'  The sale price of the Jupiter house that was disclosed to the Daily Mail is in contrast to official paperwork filed in Palm Beach County that states the amount is $7.6million. Whatever the discrepancy, Don Jr can now claim entire ownership of the six-bedroom pile he bought with the hastily-appointed United States ambassador to Greece and former wife of California governor Gavin Newsom. Curiously, legal paperwork dated July 31, 2026 to also transfer the mortgage shows the former couple took out a loan for that exact figure five years ago and it hasn't decreased since. This would indicate they made repayments that only covered the 3.25 per cent interest rate. Father-of-five Don Jr and 57-year-old Guilfoyle bought the spread together in March, 2021 for $9.7million some three years after they started dating. Their percentage shares under the 'tenants in common' purchase were not known. They reportedly tried to quietly market it for up to $30million after splitting in late 2024 - despite some local realtors valuing it more around $15million to $17.5million. It now has an estimated value of $19million, according to property website Zillow. A warranty deed dated July 25 officially transferred ex-fiancée Guilfoyle's share in the home in exclusive Admirals Cove, an ultra-secure gated community in Jupiter on Florida's east coast. In the top right corner, the document records: AMT (amount) $7,600,000.00. The now top US diplomat in Athens signed her consent on the second page, which included a stamp from the US embassy. However, a source has told the Daily Mail the final net figure involved is $8.5million. Guilfoyle's address was given as a location in Delray Beach, Florida, about 37 miles from her former home. The ex-couple's loan details and transfer in the July 31 document reveal the nearly $5million is owed to New Jersey-based Valley National Bank. 'As of this date, the aggregate principal balance of mortgage is $4,800,000.' Neither Don Jr, now worth an estimated $300million, nor Guilfoyle commented after the Daily Mail reached out to them. The starkness of the legal language of the documents is a contrast to any emotion the president's son may be experiencing now Guilfoyle no longer has legal ties with him. Indeed, the house has a particular resonance as it one of the places the couple was last seen together publicly, when a Labor Day MAGA boat parade went past on the Intracoastal Waterway in September 2024. By that time, the president's son was already seeing Anderson, as exclusively revealed by the Daily Mail in explosive pictures and details of an intimate brunch date at the swanky Honor Bar in Palm Beach. Following our story, pals of GOP stalwart Guilfoyle revealed she had been blindsided. Kimberly either didn't know about Bettina – or didn't want to know, one said.  'Did she hear whispers that Don Jr was fooling around with someone else? Probably,' they said.  'She's no fool but it's easy to deceive yourself when you're so committed to someone and believe he's committed to you.'
