بعد الانهيارات الكبيرة التي أصابت بعضا من أجزاء الدولة الوطنية العربية ضمن تداعيات أحداث الربيع العربي، والرياح التي ضربت المنطقة كلها، وأدت إلى تفكيك البنى الاجتماعية والسياسية التقليدية للاجتماع السياسي القائم في هذه الدول، منذرة بتمدد هذه الأزمة المعقدة إلى بقية الدول العربية الأخرى، ومهددة إياها بالتشظي والانقسام
