Disney sues Trump over 'retaliatory' war on Jimmy Kimmel and The View

The legal action comes as the FCC probes the ABC talk show The View and after Trump demanded the firing of the network's late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. The administration 'has waged a retaliatory campaign against ABC for a single reason: it disapproves of what ABC broadcasts,' the lawsuit filed in DC District Court on Tuesday alleged. The media company says the FCC is violating its First Amendment right to freedom of speech.
