From knowing how to get the best deals to figuring out what Lightning Lanes to reserve for each day, it seems more and more that guests need a Disney degree to plan their family’s trip. Now Disney is working on making planning a vacation easier with changes to the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app. The new processes directly correlate to guest feedback, which has shown that it’s hard to plan a trip to Walt Disney World and know you’re getting a good value. Disney said the upgrades are aimed at setting clearer expectations for guests so they know exactly what they are booking.
