şiddet içerikli sanal oyunların çocuklar üzerindeki etkilerini bir kez daha tartışmaya açtı. AA muhabiri, uzmanlara, yaşanan bu olayların sosyolojik açıdan etkilerini ve dijitalleşmenin toplumsal yansımalarını sordu. Uluslararası Balkan Üniversitesi (IBU) Rektörü Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, ABD ve Kanada gibi ülkelerde sıkça görülen okul saldırılarının Türkiye'de de ortaya çıkmaya başlamasının ilk bakışta bu olgunun küreselleştiği izlenimini verebileceğini ancak Türkiye'deki vakaların henüz çok sınırlı sayıda olması nedeniyle böyle bir genelleme yapmanın erken olduğunu, bunun göz ardı edilmemesi gerektiğini belirtti. Buna rağmen, son dönemde bu tür olaylarda bir artış eğilimi gözlenmesinin dikkati çekici olduğunu söyleyen Sunar, "Bu durumun nedenlerini anlamak için meseleyi tek bir boyuta indirgemeden, bireysel psikoloji, toplumsal değişim, dijital kültür, şiddetin temsili, eğitim ortamları ve gençlerin karşı karşıya kaldığı baskılar gibi farklı düzlemlerde ele alan çok boyutlu ve disiplinler arası çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır. Ancak ne tür bir çalışma yapılırsa yapılsın okulun yaşayan bir örgütlü sosyal yapı olduğu unutulmamalıdır. Yani her duruma uyan ve genel geçer çözümler yerine aynı anda uygulanacak çok boyutlu tedbirlere ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır." dedi. Sunar, bu saldırıları gerçekleştiren gençlerde sıkça vurgulanan "toplumsal yalnızlık" olgusunu anlamak için sosyalleşme sürecine bakmak gerektiğini, özellikle ilk gençlik döneminin, bireyin kimliğini inşa ettiği ve çocuklukta daha kolay benimsediği toplumsal kuralları sorgulamaya başladığı kritik bir evre olduğunu dile getirdi. Bu süreçte otoriteyle ilişkilerin gerilimli hale gelebildiğini, akran ilişkilerinde kabul görme ihtiyacı artarken, dışlanma ve zorbalık deneyimlerinin de yoğunlaşabildiğini kaydeden Sunar, şunları söyledi: "Daha dışa dönük bireyler bu çatışmaları görece daha sağlıklı yönetebilirken, içe dönük ya da kırılgan yapıya sahip gençler baskı ve çatışma karşısında daha zorlanabilmekte, kendilerini dışlanmış ve yalnız hissedebilmektedir. Buna dijital ortamlardaki karşılaştırma kültürü, görünürlük baskısı ve çevrim içi zorbalık da eklendiğinde, yalnızlık duygusu derinleşebilmektedir. Bu birikim zamanla öfke, yabancılaşma ve değersizlik hissine dönüşerek, bazı durumlarda bireyin kendini kanıtlama ya da 'görünür olma' arzusuyla uç davranışlara yönelmesine zemin hazırlayabilmektedir. Bu nedenle meseleyi yalnızca bireysel özelliklerle değil, aile, okul, akran grupları ve dijital çevreyi birlikte ele alan bütüncül bir çerçevede değerlendirmek gerekir." Dijital kültürün artık hayatın ayrılmaz bir parçası olduğunu ve yeni nesillerin 'dijital yerli' olarak bu mecralarda varlık göstermesini başlı başına bir sapma olarak görmenin doğru olmadığını, nitekim benzer tartışmaların geçmişte televizyon için de yapıldığını anımsatan Sunar, bugün dikkati çeken hususun, gençlerin giderek daha fazla ev içi ve çevrim içi ortamlara sıkışması olduğunu ifade etti. Sunar, okullarda, mahallelerde ve kamusal alanlarda yüz yüze güvenli sosyalleşme imkanlarının sınırlı olmasının, gençleri alternatif sosyalleşme alanları olarak kapalı mesajlaşma gruplarına yöneltebildiğine işaret ederek, şöyle devam etti: "Discord, Telegram gibi platformlarda kurulan bu yarı kapalı dünyalar, çoğu zaman yetişkin denetiminden uzak, filtrelenmemiş ve küresel ölçekte dolaşıma giren içeriklerle şekillenmektedir. Bu ortamlarda benzer düşüncelere sahip bireylerin birbirini beslediği yankı odaları oluşabilmekte, şiddet içeren içerikler normalleşebilir, hatta belirli anlatılar içinde 'güç', 'intikam' ya da 'kahramanlık' gibi anlamlarla yeniden sunulabilmektedir. Gerçek hayattaki sosyal ilişkilerle dengelenmeyen bu dijital sosyalleşme biçimleri, zamanla bir tür gerçeklik kaymasına yol açarak empatiyi zayıflatmakta ve bireyin eylemlerinin sonuçlarını sağlıklı biçimde değerlendirmesini zorlaştırmaktadır. Bunun bir ucu şiddetin meşrulaştırılmasına kadar varabilirken, diğer ucu ise aşırı pasif, içe kapanık ve toplumsal bağları zayıf bir gençlik profilinin ortaya çıkmasına işaret etmektedir." Bu tür saldırıların artmasının, başkalarının da benzer eylemleri planlama ihtimalini yükselttiğine ve bir tür zincirleme etki riskini beraberinde getirdiğine işaret eden Sunar, şu değerlendirmelerde bulundu: "Ancak burada söz konusu olan yalnızca basit bir taklitçilik değildir, asıl mesele, bu eylemlerin arkasındaki motivasyonun toplumsal ve medyatik tepkilerle güçlenmesidir. Özellikle büyük infial yaratan olaylarda, medya kanallarının ayrıntılı, dramatize edilmiş ve sürekli tekrar eden yayınları, faillerin kimliklerinin, sembollerinin ve eylem biçimlerinin görünür hale gelmesi, bu tür eylemleri gerçekleştirmeyi düşünen bireyler açısından bir tanınma, etki yaratma ve mesajını duyurma aracı olarak algılanabilmektedir. Bu da şiddetin, belirli çevrelerde anlamlandırılan ve hatta ödüllendirilen bir eylem biçimine dönüşme riskini artırır. Bu döngüyü kırabilmek için, öncelikle sorumlu bir medya dili geliştirilmesi, fail odaklı kahramanlaştırıcı anlatıdan kaçınılması önemlidir. Bunun yanı sıra, erken uyarı ve psikososyal destek mekanizmalarının güçlendirilmesi, gençlerin aidiyet ve değer görme ihtiyaçlarını sağlıklı kanallar üzerinden karşılayabilecekleri sosyal ortamların oluşturulması ve şiddeti meşrulaştıran dijital alt kültürlerle daha bilinçli bir mücadele yürütülmesi gerekmektedir." Sadece güvenlik önlemleriyle bu tür olayların önüne geçmenin mümkün olmadığına işaret eden Sunar, bu nedenle asıl ihtiyacın, okulun sosyal düzenini yeniden ve bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ele almak olduğunu kaydetti. İstanbul Medeniyet Üniversitesi Sosyoloji Bölüm Başkanı Prof. Dr. Mahmut Hakkı Akın ise 'Dünyanın Amerikanlaşması' denilen, İkinci Dünya Savaşı'ndan sonra başlayan ve devam eden bir sürecin var olduğunu dile getirdi. Bu sürecin, batı medeniyetinin üzerine oturduğu değerlerin bile bütünüyle çözüldüğü başka bir bağlam ürettiğine işaret eden Akın, sürecin daha hedonist, haz peşinde olduğunu ifade etti. Akın, 'kültür endüstrisi' denilen, yani kültürün doğrudan endüstriyel hale getirildiğini, insanın da bunun bir tüketicisi konumuna indirgendiğini, değer alanının tamamen nihilist, sabit değerlerin artık inkar edildiğini, değerler sisteminin tahribatıyla ilgili bir küresel erozyonun olduğunu kaydetti. Yalnızlaşmanın en büyük problemlerden birisi olduğunu ifade eden Akın, kitle iletişiminden, bu dijitalleşme ve sosyal medyanın daha yaygınlaştığı bağlama geçildiğinde yalnızlaşmanın dünyanın en büyük problemlerinden biri haline geldiğini söyledi. Söz konusu mecraların sanki yalnız değilmiş gibi bir his oluşturduğunu ancak insanların orada sadece izleyici konumuna getirildiğini kaydeden Akın, insanın insanla teması olması gerektiğini, bunun ailede başlayıp sürdüğünü, akran grupları, arkadaş çevreleri ve iş arkadaşlıklarıyla devam ettiğini ama bu mecraların insanı temastan kopardığını ifade etti. Bu durumların kendini gerçekleştirme, kendisinin var olduğunu ispat etme ve bir karşılık bulmaya sebep olabileceğine işaret eden Akın, "Bunların en baştan itibaren ailede tatmin edilmesi gerekiyor ama ailedeki tatmin sağlanmadığında, okulda böyle bir tatmin sağlanmadığında, tam da o reel hayatın işleyişinin içerisinde bu tür tatminlere başka krizlere ya da başka yerlere yönlenebiliyor insanlar. Bunun en yoğun çocuklarda ve gençlerde olmasını bekleriz." dedi. Akın, ailelere düşen görevlerle ilgili, şunları söyledi: "Bütün bu tehlikelerin varlığı, aileler istese de bazen önüne geçemeyecekleri süreçler üretebilir. Ailenin sahiplenmesi, süreçleri takip etmesi, ailenin kendi değer alanını, başka değerleri hayata aktarma, ahlaki bir varoluş anlamındaki hassasiyeti son derece önemli. Bir diğeri de bu tür mecralara kısıtlamaların olması. Onun da ailede başlaması gerekir. Aile, çoluk çocuğunun ne yaptığının bilgisine çok da varamıyor. Yani bütün bu mecraların kullanımında anne babalarına ya da büyüklerine göre çocuklar çok daha ustalar. Gizli bir tarafı da var bunun, nereden nasıl yapıldığını sürekli olarak takip edebilmek mümkün değil. Dolayısıyla burada riskler var ama elbette ki aileye düşen büyük görevler de var. Bir çözüm olacaksa da aileden kaynaklanacak." Şanlıurfa ve Kahramanmaraş'taki saldırıların iki münferit olay gibi değerlendirilemeyeceğini ifade eden Akın, sözlerini şu şekilde sürdürdü: "Böyle bir riskin olduğunu kabul etmek zorundayız. Çünkü bu kaynaklara erişim oldukça, o küresel anlamdaki değer alanının tahribatı, var olan o nihilist ve hedonist süreçler devam ettiği müddetçe biz bu tür şeylerle çokça da karşılaşabiliriz. Sadece o mecralardan da değil, birisi bunu bir ideoloji adına ya da bir mezhepçi bir yorum adına da yapabilir. Yani bu insanın kendisini bir birey olarak gerçekleştirememesiyle de alakalı. Bu riskler her zaman var. Özellikle burada da medyaya iş düşüyor. Fakat Türkiye'deki haberler izlenebilecek durumda değil. Hiçbir Avrupa ülkesinde bu kadar insanların gözüne şiddet sokulup durmuyor haberlerde. Ne görürseniz ne duyarsanız o sizin için normalleşir."
