değil, doğru temsil olduğunu belirtti. Dijital platformların sunduğu görünürlük imkanlarının her zaman doğru algı üretmediğine dikkati çeken Temel, yaşanan süreci bir "temsil krizi" olarak tanımladı. Temel, "Bugün dijital platformlarda en büyük risk görünürlük eksikliği değil, yanlış temsil. Çünkü artık görünür olmak eskisi kadar zor değil, asıl mesele, nasıl göründüğünüz. Dijital dünyada birçok iş insanı ve uzman görünürlük elde edebiliyor, ancak bu görünürlük çoğu zaman gerçek uzmanlıklarını, düşünce derinliklerini ve profesyonel kimliklerini doğru yansıtmıyor. Dijital ortamda güçlü temsil oluşturabilen kişilerde belirli ortak özelliklerin öne çıktığını ifade eden Temel, özellikle dijital hitabetin bu beceriler arasında merkezi bir rol üstlendiğini belirtti. Temel, dijital dünyada başarılı temsil için üç temel becerinin öne çıktığını şu sözlerle aktardı: "Bunları önem sırasına koyduğumda ilk sıraya kesinlikle dijital hitabet becerisini koyarım. Çünkü bugün iş insanları ve uzmanlar sadece ne bildikleriyle değil, o bilgiyi ekran karşısında nasıl aktardıklarıyla değerlendiriliyor. İkinci sırada stratejik içerik üretimi geliyor. Üçüncü sırada ise algoritma farkındalığı var. Ancak şunu özellikle vurgulamak gerekir, algoritmayı bilmek ve içerik üretmek tek başına yeterli değil. Eğer kişi ekran karşısında düşüncesini net, akıcı ve etkili bir şekilde ifade edemiyorsa, diğer iki beceri de yeterince karşılık bulmuyor." Temel, kamera karşısında ya da çevrim içi bir programda konuşmanın, klasik sunum becerilerinden farklı olarak daha kısa, net ve odaklı bir anlatım zorunluluğu getirdiğini söyledi. Temel, şöyle konuştu: "Bu süreçte eğitim ve yönlendirme tarafında üç temel alan öne çıkıyor: Birincisi kamera karşısı pratikleri ve gerçek röportaj simülasyonları, ikincisi mesaj yapılandırma ve hikayeleştirme teknikleri, üçüncüsü ise dijital platformların dinamiklerine uygun ifade stratejileri. Özellikle iş insanları ve uzmanlar için online röportajlar ve sosyal medya programlarında en büyük zorluk, doğaçlama anlarda düşünceyi dağınık değil, kontrollü ve etkili şekilde aktarabilmektir." Dijital alanda ifade gücü açısından sektörler arasında da belirgin farklılıklar olduğunu ifade eden Temel, özellikle geleneksel meslek alanlarında dijital anlatım becerisinin daha sınırlı kaldığını belirtti. Girişimcilik, e-ticaret ve pazarlama gibi alanlarda çalışan profesyonellerin dijital iletişim konusunda daha avantajlı olduğunu dile getiren Temel, "Buna karşılık ekonomi, hukuk ve sağlık gibi daha geleneksel ve uzmanlık odaklı alanlarda dijital ifade gücünün daha zayıf kaldığını görüyoruz. Bu sektörlerdeki profesyoneller genellikle derin bilgiye sahip olmalarına rağmen bu bilgiyi dijital dile çevirme konusunda zorlanabiliyor. Burada sorun bilgi eksikliği değil, bilginin online izleyiciye hitap edecek şekilde dijital dile dönüşememesi." dedi. Dijital dünyada bireysel ve kurumsal itibarın rastlantısal değil, planlı bir iletişim süreciyle oluştuğunu söyleyen Temel, iş insanları ve uzmanlar için dijital imaj yönetiminin stratejik bir alan haline geldiğini ifade etti. Temel, dijital itibarın üç temel unsur üzerine inşa edilmesi gerektiğini vurgulayarak şunları kaydetti: "İş insanları ve uzmanların dijital dünyadaki imajı artık 'kendiliğinden oluşan bir sonuç' değil, bilinçli olarak tasarlanması gereken bir profesyonel alan haline geldi.
