dijitalleşme çalışmalarına ilişkin yazılı açıklama yaptı. Dijitalleşmenin, çağın gereklilikleri doğrultusunda demir yolu taşımacılığında hizmet kalitesini dönüştüren en önemli unsurlardan biri olduğuna işaret eden Uraloğlu, Yolcu Taşıma Platformu ile bilet alma süreçlerini kolaylaştırdıklarını ve doğanın korunmasına katkı sağladıklarını vurguladı. Uraloğlu, Yolcu Taşıma Platformu'nun Türkiye Bilişim Derneği'nin 2025 Türkiye Bilişim Ödülleri kapsamında "Kamudan Vatandaşa Hizmetler" kategorisinde birincilik ödülüne layık görüldüğüne değinerek, "Yolcu Taşıma Platformu, biletleme, rezervasyon ve müşteri hizmetleri süreçlerini tek bir çatı altında toplayarak, dijital ortamda gerçekleştirilen yılda yaklaşık 24 milyon biletleme işlemi sayesinde 3 bin ağacın kesilmesini önledik." ifadesini kullandı. TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ tarafından tamamen Türk mühendislerle geliştirilen platformla, vatandaşların biletlerini web veya mobil uygulama üzerinden saniyeler içinde alabildiğine dikkati çeken Uraloğlu, şunları kaydetti: "Bilet kesim işlem süresi gişede 15, mobilde 35 saniyeye kadar düştü. Bulut tabanlı altyapısı sayesinde, sistem günde 85 bin biletleme işlemini karşılayabiliyor. Mikro servis mimarisi ise yalnızca ihtiyaç duyulduğunda kaynak kullanarak, enerji tasarrufu sağlıyor. Artık trenlerde yolcu kabul işlemleri, QR kod veya kimlik kartıyla saniyeler içinde gerçekleştiriliyor. Bu sayede, yolcu deneyimi önemli ölçüde iyileşti, işlemler daha hızlı ve sorunsuz hale geldi. Toplam bilet satışlarımızın 2025'te yüzde 45'i mobil uygulama, yüzde 24'ü web sitesi üzerinden yapıldı. Yüksek hızlı trenlerde ise bilet satışlarının yaklaşık yüzde 90'ı dijital kanallar aracılığıyla gerçekleşti."
