Dara Huang addresses romance rumours with director behind Melania Trump biopic
Dara Huang has firmly rejected suggestions of any romantic connection with Hollywood filmmaker Brett Ratner, stating: "We are only friends."
The 43-year-old architect and television personality, who previously dated Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi before he married Princess Beatrice, addressed speculation about the pair being spotted together socially.
Explaining one particular sighting, Ms Huang told the Mail: "We were both invited to the same event. We did not go together."
The 57-year-old director, known for directing the recent biographical film about Melania Trump, has chosen not to offer any comment on the matter.

Ms Huang made headlines earlier this year when she dramatically walked away from the reality television programme Ladies of London following an incident in which a fellow cast member referred to her as a "madam".
Since she departed from the show, the American-born interior designer has been photographed on a handful of occasions with Mr Ratner.
According to a friend of the pair, the two have been spending time in each other's company, telling the publication: "They are going out together and have been seen at parties."
Ms Huang shares a son, Christopher, nicknamed "Wolfie", with her former fiancé, Mr Mapelli Mozzi, the 42-year-old property developer.

The young boy has joined his stepmother and the Royal Family for Christmas celebrations at Sandringham.
Mr Ratner has established himself as a favourite filmmaker of President Donald Trump, largely through his work on the action comedy franchise Rush Hour.
The director recently accompanied the President on his trip to China last week, demonstrating their close professional relationship.

However, Mr Ratner's career faced significant upheaval in 2017 when multiple women in Hollywood came forward with accusations of rape and sexual assault against him.
The filmmaker has denied all allegations made against him.
Following the accusations, Mr Ratner relocated from the United States to Israel.
