Dallas Cowboys NFL Draft 2026 pick tracker: Grades, fits and scouting reports

The Dallas Cowboys enter the 2026 NFL Draft on April 23 with eight picks over the three-day draft.Because the Cowboys had one of the league’s worst defenses last season, the expectation is that many of their picks during the draft will lean toward that side of the ball. Inside linebacker, edge rusher, cornerback and defensive tackle top the team’s list of needs. With two first-round picks — at No. 12 and No. 20 — Dallas could hold tight or attempt to move up if there’s a player high on its board they don’t think will last to the 12th selection. For what it’s worth, the Cowboys have selected an offensive lineman in the first round in three of the past four drafts.
